Needs updating! Toilets are way to small for a 6ft man! Bathrooms are too small and sink area is built too low with very little counter space!

Excellent restaurant on premises. Breakfast very good—complimentary which was nice. It snowed so plows were out early so bring earplugs just in case.

An excellent choice for anyone visiting Rochester! Very walkable and close to shopping, parks, restaurants, and--of course--Mayo Clinic. The staff was very helpful and thoughtful and the onsite restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend!

Lobby and restaurant were beautiful! Staff was wonderful, very accommodating for our team. Rooms were old and outdated and need some major updating.

We stayed in one of the full kitchen suites. Bedroom fully separated from living and kitchen areas. Room is a little dated and could use a refresh, but otherwise was perfect for the week we stayed. The building is separate from the main hotel. Each unit is separate with outside entrance to the room (might be inconvenient in inclement weather). The heating and A/C units are in the living area and do not affect the sleeping area. All in all we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Staff was friendly on arrival and check in was great. Arrived at the room, which was apparently a smoking room (not requested, in fact didnt eve know that was a option to specify or not), and it smell absolutly disgusting. It immediately made me sick to my stomach and immediately pack everything back in the car and checked out. Staff was very understanding and made being able to leave quickly a breeze.

Checked in early. That was great. 1st red flag, they did not have a set room for us. 2nd red flag. The rate was different than the Hotels reservation. Went to the room. It was the wrong room. I called the front seat to get it resolved. I was told a manager is the only person that can resolve this issue. And she is gone. Will not be in until tomorrow and she will not accept calls or handle issues while she is gone. We never did end up with the correct room. Hotel is dirty. Laundry rooms are piled floor to ceiling with dirty bedding and towels. The bar and grill attached, good luck. Out of the 12 employees that were on staff. No one sat us. We took it upon ourselves to sit at the bar. Even then only one bartender knew what was going on. But as others came to the bar asking for drinks or food. It was constant, we are out of that, nope don’t have that. Sorry the cooks have already cleaned up(with in hours of operation I might add). There is clearly a huge lack of management here. And zero care by 99% of its staff. Bottom line. Stay somewhere else. Somewhere they care about the business and image. They don’t here.

It took forever to check in. Two girls helping one couple and they could barely do that, while three others stood back chit chatting.
Ice machine broken.
