an amazing place with the most amazing staff!!!! set in the wonderful Roermond, this hotel exceeds any hotel I have stayed in. if you are reading this review I highly recommend this hotel, nothing is too much trouble for the staff!!!

Everything and everyone was perfect. Staff and place very, very nice. For dinner and breakfast the kitchen prepared a personalised menu for me because of my allergies. Outstanding service! We enjoyed our trip very much.

Everything was perfect in our stay.We were 2 adults and 2 kids.Room was comfortable.Breakfast was amazing.Staff was very helpful.It’s very near to Outlet and has a car park.I recommend it to everyone.

I stayed 2 nights with friends in this great hotel and we loved it; we will go back for sure; If I have to critic sth, then it is the fact that it took too long to be served for breakfast & in the bar when food/drinks were ordered-we had to remind the waiters several times.

Excellent staff! Perfect location! Incredible good food! We had a wonderful New Years Eve! The menu at Damainz restaurant was creative and delicious! All staff members, hotel and restaurant, treat us like we were special guests always with a smile on their face and warmth from their heart! Thank you for your hospitality!

We stay very often in this hotel. The reason is not only that it is an old prison, but the staff. Always friendly with a smile, service excellent. The breakfast is absolutly top. Many thanks to all the people working there
