This place is rated 8,6 on *********** and that is a great mystery to us!! We fell in the trap to book this "guest house" which in reality is dormitory! Pictures and recommendations on *********** do not correspond with the real ting. There are 4 rental rooms with smal bathrooms and all rooms are sharing a kitchen and a balcony. We do not recommend anyone to stay here! We stayed here for 2 nights (3 persons). The fridge was broken, hardly water in the shower and only cold water! The aircondition did not deliver cold air. No style in the room - only a mix of old fashion furniture. The two stars are for friendly service and good location.

Check-in was easy. The room was nice and clean. The cleaners were friendly. Air conditioning in the 40 C August weather was a life saver. The location is just right, near all the restaurants, beach, walking distance to train station, bus to the train also right infront of the building. (We spent few days in Torvaianica/the dunes).
There is not much to complain. Maybe the shower head could be replaced but that’s about it.

This was the best customer service and overall place I have stayed within Italy! The family was very kind, the room was very clean, had cold ac, and was just a 5 minute walk to the beach! Overall had a great experience here. If I ever stop by this area, I will definitely be booking it with you guys again!

La Maison 6 est un Très joli appartement .. Bien équipé et propre. Il y a une très belle vue de la balcon Pratique et proche du centre mais au calme.. Idéalement situé Nous avons passé un excellent séjour donc nous recommandons la maison 6 à ceux qui souhaitent passer un agréable séjour

Esperienza molto piacevole in una location con vista mare vicino roma pazzesca, self check-in perciò non hai lo stress di dover arrivare in un orario specifico e i gestori tutti gentilissimi e disponibili, le camere grandi spaziose e con vista mare se non si fosse capito...merita veramente

Sono venuto a Ostia per fare un concorso e mi sono trovato molto bene! Camera pulita, ogni mattina l'ho trovata rifatta e pulita con nuove cialde del caffè e nuova acqua a disposizione. L'host è stato molto disponibile in tutto. Posizione molto buona per chi deve fare i concorsi e anche tutto il resto dato che si trova proprio al centro di Ostia, anche di fronte al mare! CONSIGLIATISSIMA!

Si tratta di un appartamento condiviso situato su una traversa della via principale del Lido, proprio di fronte alla zona pedonale e al lungomare. Camere non grandissimo ma pulite e ben disposte. Ampia zona comune per la colazione. Tutto sommato una buona insonorizzazione. Molto adatto per soggiorni brevi. Accesso alla struttura governato da app/web, contattare i proprietari prima di arrivare per spiegazioni
