The price was good room ok except the tv didn't work unless you have a streaming acct. and the WiFi to the tv was poor. Front desk people not the best or friendliness was complaining about personal life in front of guests. View was beautiful room was clean very quiet and peaceful.

It was nice. Nothing spectacular, but clean. Parking lot was small. Service was excellent. It's off a bay, rather than the ocean, but it is right in the water and a short walk to the waves.

They are under new ownership (promoted too much). The building needs a lot of care which they may be starting. The window sill in our room was bare (raw, old and water stained). Maybe they would be painting it soon?

It was better than expected! The area is great, the convenience of the bay to the ocean is nice. Overall it was a nice pleasent stay.

Rooms could've had clocks. For two people, we could have had more towels. There was leftover frozen food in the fridge.

It’s in the best spot in Lincoln city with an amazing view of the river meeting the ocean. Sea lions always play in the waves just a short walk on the beach there and everything is conveniently located and walkable. Our favorite hotel to stay in Lincoln city.

Loved the location and the location of our room. Overlooked the bay, not the ocean; still a beautiful view. Room was spacious and clean. They were working on updating things (paint, small jobs, ect), but we never heard anything, nor was it an issue. Definitely dont count on the breakfast, it was basic toast and sugary yogurts. The ****** shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. Easy walking beaches, watched the harbor porpoise hunt and a few river otters. Staff overall friendly and helpful.

This is a good place to stay on the south side of Lincoln City. We wanted to try this area and winter rates were cheap. It was good for us but I like it better further up, the beach is a little nicer..

I would have some information in the room what there is to eat what kind of snacks you have and when you can access those things like I was looking forward to breakfast but I didn’t know what time breakfast was but that’s OK. We just went ahead and left. You could’ve probably had some more sales if she had this available but the room was clean. Everything is good thank you.
