Guest House Iulia

Federica and Lisa were lovely hosts! They made us feel like family and were ready to take care of any need we might have to make us comfortable. The location is excellent at such a good value. We were within 10 minutes walking distance from St. Peter's and no more than 15 minutes from other important sites. You do need to take an Uber or public transit to the Colosseum, but that part of town isn't quite as quaint (IMHO), so the trade-off is worth it! The street on which the guest house is located has high-end stores and to my husband and I, it seemed quite safe. There is a small grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant and gelato store all a few steps away. I loved being able to open our window and look out onto the street and take in all the activity. When the window is closed all of the noise is muffled and we slept very well! Disliked · The elevator took some getting used to as it is quite ancient, but in the end, it added to the charm of the guest house! I really can't think of anything else that took away from our stay at the guest house.

This charming guest house is not opulent, but the hosts make you feel as if you are the top priority. We had a two room suite with a private modern bathroom. Very clean and shows pride in ownership with a handmade table and coasters. Same amenities as a good hotel with coffee machine, hair dryer, air conditioning, elevator. Lisa & Federica seemed to anticipate our every need from needing wine glasses to great restaurant recommendations within walking distance. They arranged transportation from our cruise ship and then to the airport at the end. I don’t think there are enough superlatives to describe how wonderful our hosts were! We will definitely stay at this property when we return to Rome.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel week-end dell’epifania da lisa e Federica che si sono dimostrate fin da subito cordiali e pronte a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta!la struttura è ben pulita e situata in un punto strategico visto che dista 15 min da Città del Vaticano e 15 min da piazza del popolo!!esperienza breve ma sicuramente indimenticabile anche grazie ai loro consigli su come muoversi e dove mangiare prodotti tipici locali di buonissima qualità!!!se torneremo sicuramente sarà da loro!

Federica e Lisa sono due ottime ospiti e le loro stanze pulite, luminose, ariose e accoglienti! Il palazzo si trova in una posizione eccellente, io e la mia amica siamo arrivate in 10 minuti a piedi in Piazza San Pietro. La via Cola di Rienzo è molto elegante, piena di negozi di marca e di bar e bistrot; ne abbiamo approfittato subito godendoci un'ottima colazione e un ricco aperitivo. Abbiamo alloggiato nella suite, molto spaziosa e ben arredata, con colori rilassanti nelle sfumature del bianco e del tortora; il bagno è pure spazioso, pulito, ben arredato e dotato di finestra. Non manca la cura dei particolari, poltrone, tavolini e oggetti d'arredamento semplici ma eleganti. Pur non servendo la colazione, la stanza è dotata di macchinetta del caffè con cialde a disposizione. Insomma, 10 su 10 a questa carinissime ragazze con il dono dell'accoglienza. Se torneremo a Roma, e ci torneremo, loro saranno il nostro punto di riferimento!

Eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista! Situato in una via molto ben servita come trasporti, negozi e locali per tutti i gusti. La Guest House è situata in un bel palazzo, è pulita e ordinata. Bagno spazioso, aria condizionata e frigorifero. Federica e Lisa sono le padrone di casa, simpatiche, gentili e attente! Un’ospitalità squisita! Raccomando vivamente di soggiornarvi!

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo delizioso B&B che si trova al quinto piano di un palazzo in via cola di rienzo a Roma . La struttura è molto pulita ed accogliente . Anche la stanza e il bagno sono puliti ed ordinati con tutto il necessario per l’alloggio. Anche il personale è molto cordiale ed amichevole. La colazione non è servita in loco ma in un bar poco distante dalla struttura.
