Staff wasn't available upon check in. HSKP attendant had to give us our room key and they gave us the wrong room. I had to pay $90 Euro more due to their error. Because the staff wasn't available upon our arrival, I had to return the following day while trying to enjoy my vacation to provide a credit card. There were a total of 4 rooms in the hotel and the hot water heater wasn't large enough to accommodate the guests, we had a cold shower. When I addressed it with the staff, they were unaccommodating and unresponsive. When I tried to speak with them about the conditions, they wouldn't answer the phone or acknowledge. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Extremely poor service. Hard to find. They are located on the 3rd floor of a building without any signs on the door stating the hotel. Be prepared to walk 3 flights of stairs with your luggage. There is a luggage lift, but they don't allow the hotel guests to use it. Upon arrival, the staff wasn't available to check us in. Because I was traveling with friends, I had to give more money to another couple since we were given the wrong room. I had to return the following day and interrupt my vacation to return to the hotel to provide my credit card. That evening, there wasn't enough hot water as the hot water heater couldn't accommodate the 4 guest rooms they have in the hotel and several of my group had to take cold showers. When I addressed the issues with the staff, they were unresponsive. At first they said they had to check with management with what they could do. They never responded and I had to call and text them several times to no avail. After three weeks of trying to communicate with them, I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company. POOR SERVICE.

Our stay could be summed up as 'Meh'. It definitely is not a 'hotel', but an apar**ent turned into an airbnb. The pictures are deceiving. My boyfriend and I had the Danubio room in blue. It had no windows, except a fire escape that looks out into an ally that is surrounded by 4 walls and gets no light. It was also extremally small, and not as nice as it looked in the pictures. My biggest issue was the mattress, as it is two twin beds pushed together, and they separate while you sleep. It was extremally uncomfortable, and it was impossible to sleep through the night. I asked if it was possible to move to another room, and they said that all the beds are the same. It is also on the second floor, and the elevator does not work so you have to walk your bags up the stairs. There is never anyone at the front desk, which isn't a huge issue but it seems very hands off. The location is what it has going for it. It was right next to Piazza Navona, and all the main attractions are within a 20 minute walk with a bunch of restaurants close by. Overall it was very clean, and quiet. The woman who I interacted with before and during my trip, was very helpful and attentive.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. but no elevator which made checking in/ out difficult with luggage up two flights of stairs.

Beautiful apar**ent in a very convenient area. Excellent communication with property manager. As in most Europe lodging...lots of stairs carrying luggage. Surpassed our expectations.

Heating and cooling were big issues. No one is present at the reception. had to keep the windows open to keep the temperature of the room bearable. The heater won't stop taking the temperature to 35 C. The other room had the temperature stuck at 18 C and that would feel freezing at night. I got a cold just dealing with the temperature.

The location is fantastic! The apar**ent was very clean and comfortable and the amenities are perfect

I don’t believe there was any mention that no elevator was available for the 2nd floor apar**ent! Although location was very good for getting around, the thought of staying in the very cramped apar**ent with nowhere to put toiletries, suitcases, hang towels, move around, was not. I will say the two pluses were water pressure and nice towels. Other then that, I would not go back!

This place was great, very clean and quiet! Close to everything, most sightseeing places are within 20-25 mins walking distance. The communication was great and prompt.
