Great location, only few minutes from Termini, 10-15 min to Coloseum by walk. Super clean and tidy Family room with smal fridge, safe for documents or ..., air con, clean towels and beds, great welcome service. Have a threat table in a corridor with all equipments ( tea, coffee, biscuits, sweets .....). Was very useful after trip from airport ;) Very friendly and helpful staff. Receptionist have a good knowledge about Rome history and we was guided where and what we can visit, where is the best food places to eat. Stay for three nights with two kids, Hotel are based on main street, but night time you cannot hear nothing from outside. Top experience, definetily recommend to my Friends and everyone, worth it every penny.

The manager was the best, he gave us the best advise on where to go and pointed it out in the map. The coffee/hot chocolate machine was absolutely amazing, it was the best part of our stay here!!! Thank you!! The hotel location was perfect, close to everything important!! I would love to stay here again!!

This was a friends trip. We all booked our rooms (4) back in May. When we arrived, one of our friends did not have a room. The hotel had canceled his room without any warning. Since the Ryder Cup was in town, there wasn’t anywhere for him to stay so he had to hotel hop every night. Our refrigerator went out while we were there and one of our neighbors electricity kept flickering and went out for good when she was using the hairdryer. The walls are paper thin. There was mold in the shower. The hotel offers to arrange a car service to the airport for you, but the car never came, and when I went up and asked the clerk about it, she told me to download an app to call. I felt it should be her obligation since it’s a service they offer. The best thing about this place is location and that it has AC. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere.

My family loved the property. It is a bit difficult to find but it is a very good hotel. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us and also let us hold our luggage there when we returned to Rome even though we were not staying that night before our plane ride home. Location is very central. Never waited more than 3-4 minutes for a taxi after they called them. In fact, taxis mostly beat us to the entrance as we had to wait for elevator. Kids loved the room and central location. A very pleasant stay. Room was spacious for 4 people. Highly recommended.

HOTEL CON PREGI QUALI SICURAMENTE LA POSIZIONE VICINA AL CENTRO STORICO E LA VICINANZA ALLE FERMATE DI BUS E METRO. COMODO ANCHE DA RAGGIUNGERE DALLA STAZIONE TERMINI. IL PERSONALE È CORTESE E DISPONIBILE. PICCOLA COLAZIONE INCLUSA NEL PREZZO. CAMERA AFFACCIATA SU VIA NAZIONALE MA GRAZIE A SERRAMENTI OTTIMI NON SI È DISTURBATI DAL RUMORE. CLIMATIZZATORE UTILISSIMO! UN PAIO DI ASPETTI NEGATIVI, NON DA POCO PURTROPPO. LA PULIZIA, SOPRATTUTTO DEL BAGNO, LASCIA MOLTO A DESIDERARE. SEMBRAVA CHE IL PAVIMENTO NON VENISSE PULITO AFFATTO. BAGNO CIECO E SENZA VENTILAZIONE FORZATA. ULTIMI APPUNTO: QUANDO SI CHIEDE IL CAMBIO ASCIUGAMANI O TAPPETO DOCCIA, QUESTI VENGONO PORTATI VIA MA NON SOSTITUITI PERTANTO SIAMO ANDATI A CHIEDERLI ALLA RECEPTION ( CHE HA SODDISFATTO LA NOSTRA RICHIESTA).

Hotel was perfect for our stay! Very easy to find and check-in. Our room was ready early when we arrived which was an unexpected bonus. Room is simple and welcoming. Great location walking distance to everything. Complimentary espresso and croissants were a nice touch.
