The kitchen has a window offering marvellous views of the Quirinale (the Italian presidential palace).\nOn the left is the living room, furnished with a sofa bed (190cm X 110cm), a TV corner with DVD player and a dining table for up to 4 people. From here you step out onto the terrace -overlooking Via della Mercede- furnished with a table seating up to 6 and a sun umbrella.\nThrough a wrought-iron door you move from the entrance hall into the night area: the master bedroom comes with a double bed (160cm X 190cm), a single bed, a small table perfect for a quick breakfast, a big closet and a sunny window opening out onto the terrace; the second bedroom -with views of Via della Mercede- is across from the master bedroom and has two single beds, two wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
