The location could not be beat, just a short walk to the Spagna (Spanish steps) metro station, so super easy to get to via train or plane. The unit (we stayed in Monica) was simple, very functional and stylish. There is a (very) small lift which made carting our baggage incredibly easy. It’s a an older building so their are definitely some quirks, but it’s beautifully maintained, charming and had all the things we needed for our stay. Host answered all our questions quickly and helpfully. Would absolutely stay again.

Place was nice and clean. It has a lot of places to eat and shop nearby to a walking distance. The place is hard to find, does not have a visual sign, there is no reception or person working there. It felt more like a rental

We stayed 3 nights at this stay. It is not a hotel its more like an Airbnb.
Pros- Good location to Spanish steps. Nearby train station and taxi services. Easy check in. Wifi works well.
Cons: poor cleanliness. Stains on head board. The bathroom shower has mold which contributes to mold smell. The toilet bowl is stained and flush panel comes off when you push it. Furniture is worn. Unaware that someone would come in to make bed and change towels every day.

Weird musty smell in the unit. Room is rather rundown and old. Walls are dirty with marks. Shower area has a weird design where it's above floor level but has no door so every time you shower, the floor will get really wet. When we arrived, there was no soap and it only came 6 hours after we asked for some. There was also no hot water and we called and texted the host only to get a short reply after an hour. We couldn't take a shower that first night because the water was freezing. There was no explanation from the host, no apology, not even an update on it having been fixed if we hadn't asked. Asked for a kettle and it came but it was dirty. We didn't bother complaining much to the host because we know it would be pointless seeing how inhospitable they are and the lack of care they show towards the guests' comfort. The only good thing about this place is the location. FYI this is NOT a hotel.

O local é um apartamento bem localizado. Mas o prédio é bem antigo. As instalações internas do apartamento são boas. Mas a estrutura é de um prédio bem antigo. Não tem portaria, porteiro, nada.
Talvez por ser um prédio bem antigo, tivemos queda de energia no segundo dia de hospedagem. Acordamos sem luz.
Comunicamos ao proprietário/gestor e o conserto foi providenciado em algumas horas.
Mas ao chegar no final do dia ao apartamento, não tinha água quente para tomar banho.
Em contato com o proprietário/gestor foi orientado mexer na caixa de luz, ligar e desligar disjuntores, mas nada resolveu o problema.
Em determinado momento o proprietário/gestor parou de responder nossas perguntas. Resultado? Ficamos sem banho quente. Tivemos que encher copos com água esquentada no fogão para nos limpar. Foi uma situação muitooooo estressante, ainda mais acompanhada com duas crianças.

Ingresso nel centro storico vicino a piazza di Spagna posizione eccellente! Palazzo fatiscente ascensore caustrofobico, al primo piano ci sono degli alloggi sequestrati con i sigilli. Al secondo piano il B&B il proprietario non si è presentato da disposizioni con Wazzup. Sporcizia e capelli sono di casa. Via rumorosa e finestre da poco!!! Bagno con soffione rotto!!!

Ho prenotato per due giorni di Pasqua presso il suddetto “hotel” dopo una serie di chiamate per avere la conferma della prenotazione. Ad un mese dal soggiorno vengo contattata dal titolare (un certo sig. Andrea) il quale mi dice che c’era stato un errore e la mia prenotazione avevano dovuto cancellarla per errore di accavallamento con altre prenotazioni. Lasciandomi senza albergo. La verità è che sicuramente avranno venduto il soggiorno ad un prezzo più alto essendo il week di Pasqua. In più mi viene proposta un’alternativa nel rione sopra il Colosseo (ovviamente non accettato) e al mio rifiuto il proprietario mi ha anche preso in giro chiedendomi come mai il Colosseo non fosse alla mia altezza. Se avessi voluto prenotare al Colosseo l’avrei fatto e non sicuramente con loro. Gente molto poco seria e affidabile. Sicuramente si fanno forza del posto ma non fidatevi: da un giorno all’altro vi cancellano la prenotazione!
