Bellissimo posto proprio a due passi da San Pietro, personale serio , simpatico e molto accogliente !! stanza bellissima e confortevole , abbiamo passato un weekend meraviglioso.

this place is all about 2 things. Location,location,location. we had 2 days without taxi because of this.we were 4 days in Rome. Fausto,Fausto,Fausto. Even 3-4 days before arrival Fausto texted us to check up on us due to our late late arrival. after that i put a lot into his hands. transport both ways. organizing Lazio-Juventus tickets(used 1 hour cause the system was down). answering questions at all times when i had some. Rooms are good and same is bathroom. shower a bit small,but good power. Good housecleaning. Breakfast is around the corner in a local cafe/bar and the quality on everthing there was superb. i would come back and stay here.

Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. We traveled with our 28 y/o son and stayed in the large, front room. Plenty of space for 3 nights. Bathroom was huge. Location was a block from the Vatican. Good restaurants nearby out of the tourist area. We felt more like residents than tourists! Coffee/tea is available in the kitchen at any time. Water bottles were replenished every day. Bed was extremely comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location is unbeatable, right in front (3 blocks) from the Vatican. Although the staff is rarely seen, they cleaned the room daily and were eager to please and help when present.

We had a great night here! We were in Rome for just one night. We left our luggage with them and put in 10 miles of tours. They were very accommodating and the rooms clean and comfortable. They arranged taxi pick up next morning. Five stars ⭐️

hotel annex is built into the city walls so is an experience on its own
cleaned daily , fridge restocked with water daily,
great location close to the vatican and a short taxi ride to the Colosseum and rome center

This was an interesting small hotel just down the street from St. Peter's Basilica. It was a comfortable room and the location was ideal for visiting the sights of Rome. I can't really comment on the staff since I only saw them a couple of times during our stay but they were very accommodating when we did see them. We never took advantage of the technically free breakfast since it was not really in a convenient location a couple of blocks away. One downside was that it was located close to a main hospital which had ambulances arriving all day and night with sirens blaring, I would stay here again, though.

The location was fantastic. There were plenty of places to walk to nearby as well as easily accessible buses and taxis.

Good clean and great location. Just know that there is no reception and therefore no staff on site but they are easily accessible by phone and they are really helpful.
