We stayed at this hotel for two nights as a family of four, two and two adult children. The check in was quick and straight forward and the rooms were clean and well maintained. We went to the roof top bar and the views over Rome are stunning . Matteo was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is a huge attraction close to all the main attractions and we were able to walk everywhere. Rome is an amazing city and this is an amazing hotel.

Great location, walkable to many major attractions, very quiet. Friendly staff. There is not much to say, because everything was great

It was amazing. The staff could not have been more friendly. Everybody was so kind. Especially the mother and her son who own the hotel. My room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Plus the location was incredible. I had a wonderful stay thanks to the kindness of everybody!!

Loved my stay here! The staff is accommodating and friendly. The guesthouse is very clean, cozy, and in a good location. The rooftop area was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Television in room did not work. Disappointed that breakfast was not included as advertised and we were not notified in advance nor refunded any money.

The place is old and although it has a good location I am sure there are much better places to stay in Rome. The bedrooms were not to the standard of cleaning given we payed nearly 200eur per night. The staff in this hotel is not nice and does not accept any kind of critic, this is the reason why I am writing this review on TripAdvisor. After writing a review on google and Booking they have been harassing me and my sister. Extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I maintain 2 star for the location but I believe for the service it should have 1 star.

They refused to add my girlfriend they said they policy is no guest if you don’t add it at the beginning of the reservation
This never happened to me before, so I lost almost 200 us because you can’t not even cancel it requires 48 days anticipate.

Despite initial confusion with the check in, it was fixed and everything else was fine.
