Location is perfect, in the center all seeings : Trevi, Coliseum, Forum, Pantheon are close by walk.
There are lots of food places and carrefour markets around.
Room is Morden with fantastic lightening.
Staff at the front desk is very nice and helpful!!
Will stay in this hotel again next time, definitely!

The location is great to hit all the main tourist attractions by foot. The front desk spoke excellent English and helpful when asked. The room had great AC, bed and the Netflix was a nice plus. The room did have some quirks but was a great overall value. We would select this hotel again.

Great location - walkable to all the main attractions (Trevi Fountain, Panthenon, Colosseum) and shopping. Property was clean and staff was friendly. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Nice hotel in a good location.
The service was good and wellcoming but there was no 24H desk.
The location was perfect to explore the city.
A big problem need to concider - it is a very noisy location with around the clock sirens!
Imagine an ambulance driving 8 meters from you at 4AM in the morning while the windows are old and not sealed properly.

Every night during our stay the bright main room lights came on at a random time ruining our sleep and making our stay very uncomfortable. The AC did not stay at the target temperature overnight. The on-site person wasn't empathetic or helpful at all. The gadgets in the room used all of the available electrical outlets leaving us one desk and one bathroom outlet to use and charge devices. No reading lights, no bedside outlets and a room full of useless gadgets and tech.
