Thank you for good staffs and the clean room. Just one thing, the shower room had a small problem in its drain ststem. I hope it has been repaired.

Firstly, the incessant noise emanating from the reception area, located just outside my room, was intolerable. The loud conversations of staff members disrupted my sleep from the early hours of the morning, making it nearly impossible to rest peacefully. Despite being in a separate room, the noise from the receptionist reverberated through the hallway, creating a constant disturbance throughout my stay. The door of the apartment was shockingly thin and flimsy, to the point where it felt like it could be easily pushed open with minimal force. It was particularly concerning that the toilet door, of all things, provided more soundproofing and security than the entrance to the room itself. Look, the location might be decent, but the constant noise and the flimsy door were a major dealbreaker for me. Before you book, remember: peaceful sleep and secure stays are pretty essential for a good vacation. This apartment, unfortunately, falls short on both.

We arranged airport pickup through the hotel and was picked up by a well-suited driver even though our flight was delayed. Lorenzo was there at the hotel waiting for us. He patiently went through our booking, showed us the room and amenities and even gave us some directions and recommendations on where to go. There was a communal pantry area with free coffee available. We didn't manage to utilise it as it happened to run out of milk that day. Room was big and clean and was a very comfortable stay! It was walking distance to the Spanish steps. After that there was minimal visual of him but helpful with watsapp communication. We were next to another unit with a shared corridor door so opening doors can get loud when either of us leave or enter the units. Tip - from the main BIG wooden door, there is a flight of stairs to climb to reach the 2nd door to the building. Might be a feat for those with huge and heavy luggages.

Great place and very near the burgeza gardens. Lorenzo, the owner, is helpful. The accommodation was perfect for 6 persons for a week in 2 suites. The air conditioning worked perfectly and we had restaurants near by. Seven minutes walk from Spanish steps and Trevi fountain.

This was a fantastic little hotel. I’d stay here again if I get the pleasure of coming back to Rome. Lorenzo was so kind and helpful.

The staff at Lombardia40 are extremely helpful. The room is located in an apartment building. The room is quite large and clean. Walls are thin so you do hear other guests.

Dobra lokalizacja, świetna obsługa, czysty pokój i co ważne - codziennie sprzątany. Pokój przestronny w kamienicy, dogodna lokalizacja, stosunkowo blisko stacji metra z której można dojechać zarówno w stronę Watykanu jak i Koloseum oraz dworca Termini, bardzo blisko Schody Hiszpańskie. Świetny Opiekun lokalu w osobie Lorenzo, cała obsługa świetna. Do rozważenia jakaś forma śniadania, choć nam nie przeszkadzało. Serdecznie polecam! sono tornato per 2 notti in questa location e devo dire che sono stato piacevolmente colpito pulizia e cordialità ad alti livelli prezzi adeguati al trend della stagione ma ne vale la pena anche per chi vuol dedicare 2 gg di relax visitando il centro di Roma che è veramente a 5 minuti (piazza di spagna)
