Casa Linnea Vacanze

The check in process was automated and very simple, it was explained fully by Adriano who was very helpful throughout the whole process. We stayed in Room 3 which was clean and spacious. The neighbourhood is full of great restaurants on the doorstep, we ate at San Marco for great pizza and Raf for a good meat dish. Great location for the Vatican and the main centre of Rome is just over the river. Would recommend highly. Thank you!

We were due to stay but upon arrival the manager Adriano advised he had no booking in our name. It turned out ******* hadn’t contacted them plus Adriano told us he had stopped using them over a year ago. That said, Adriano did everything he could to find us alternative accommodation at such short notice, even when this wasn’t his fault. Eventually ******* found us somewhere to stay however Adriano took the time to obtain my number and WhatsApp me to check we had somewhere to stay. He even gave us recommendations of places to visit and restaurants near our new location. If we ever come back to Rome, I will certainly check (directly!) whether Adriano has availability.

I spent at Casa Linnea quite some time between spring and summer 2021 and it was a truly positive experience. The building, located in one of Rome’s most beautiful neighbourhoods, is very close to the city centre and Lepanto metro station, which makes it easily reachable from Termini main station. The house is very silent and equipped with a good kitchen. One of the rooms also has a small terrace with lots of nice plants – ideal for green thumbs! The property manager has always been incredibly kind and friendly with us and helpful in meeting all our needs. I definitely recommend this place!

Très bien localisé près du Vatican, restaurants extraordinaires, bouches de métro et épiceries; bel appartement mais les photos ne sont pas représentatives de la réalité (pas d’espace terrasse) communications difficiles avec l’hôte.

La posizione è ottima, nel quartiere Prati, zona tranquilla ma piena di negozi e ristoranti. La casa è al primo piano ma silenziosissima, è vicina alla metro e comunque si può arrivare in centro a piedi. L'unico punto negativo è la forzata convivenza: nella casa infatti le stanze sono due con una cucina in comune e vengono affittate separatamente. Noi abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di capitare con tre ragazzi non educatissimi, che si comportavano come se ci fossero solo loro, lasciavano nel lavandino stoviglie non pulite, scarpe in giro... Insomma tutto bene, ma ci vuole un po' di fortuna.

Casa Linnèa si trova al primo piano di una stabile in zona Prati. Nell'appartamento ci sono due camere destinate a due ospiti ma viene garantita una perfetta privacy. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno privato. Completa l'appartamento una zona cucina/soggiorno in comune. Molto apprezzato il check-in in autonomia e della capsule di caffè in omaggio. La posizione è ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi da città del Vaticano. Il letto è molto comodo e il wifi stabile, il che lo rende perfetto per lavorare da remoto.

A due passi da piazza cavour... In una zona silenziosa e strategica! Stanza grande, calda e pulita con possibilità dell utilizzo della cucina e angolo studio... Il meglio per chi viaggia per lavoro... Per non parlare della gentilezza e simpatia del titolare... Riferimento ottimo per chi va a Roma x lavoro!!!
