Sonder Fontana di Trevi

This is ideally situated for the Trevi fountain about 140yds away. Supermarket outside and bar/pizzeria below. The apar**ent itself was spacious but there were wear and tear issues like a hole in the sofa, which is the only place to sit comfortably on an evening. Beds were comfy and there were lots of towels.l, kitchen also well stocked.

We stayed in apar**ent 4 and it was so nice! The apar**ent was very clean and modern and we had no issues whatsoever. The beds are king size and are very comfy, the bedrooms and bathrooms are both big and spacious. Both the kitchen area and living room area was a good size too. The apar**ent almost felt too big for the 6 of us! Could definitely host a larger sized group comfortably. The location was the deal breaker for me when choosing where to stay in Rome and this apar**ent was perfect. Placed in a nice, quiet area with a nice bakery/restaurant located on the street below. Easy walking distance (basically round the corner) to spanish steps, lots of basilicas, trevi fountain and the different plazas and colosseum. Lots of places to eat and drink around and is also right next to a small supermarket/corner shop type. 10/10!!

Beautiful apar**ent and very close to the Spanish steps and trevi fountain… great restaurants all around, grocery store right across and walking distance to the heart of Rome.

Excellent location, good communication via the app chat, overall happy with stay. Area is noisy.

The location was great if you are a tourist. The apar**ent was a little spartan, but nicely appointed. Our primary issue was that the air conditioner turned off every night of our stay somewhere between 1-2am and we had to call Sonder to restart it. Needless to say, it did not contribute to a relaxing night and is not what I expect from a professionally run operator.

We loved our stay at Sonder Roma!! We had the two bedroom apar**ent with a pullout couch. We found this hotel to be the best quality out of all of our stays in Italy! Safety: we felt incredibly safe in the neighbourhood that the hotel was located in. We roamed early in the morning, and late at night. Door codes: we had zero issues, accessing the room, or entering the hotel with the codes given. Convenience: there are many things within walking distance of the hotel. There is a supermarket right across the street which is incredibly convenient. We stocked up on fresh produce, wine, and fresh pasta! Many landmarks are also located within a very very short walk. One thing I would not recommend is eating at the restaurant downstairs (not affiliated with Sonder). The food is pricey, and was not the best quality in our opinion. There are much better restaurants in Rome. Communication: the staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond to every small question or request that we had. They pre-booked us a shuttle to pick us up from the airport as well! They went over and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing stay, and we are forever grateful! Comfort: everything about the room was perfect. We had all the amenities of home. Fridge, freezer, stove, top, pots, pans, frying pans, all utensils, a water station in the building, two bathrooms! If you are staying in Rome, this is where you should stay! 10/10

This is a centrally located, spacious apar**ent. It is the perfect pit stop for your Rome holiday. It’s centrally located by the bustling Fontana Di Trevi. Plenty of space and really nice bathrooms. Not much communal space. Definitely utilitarian when it comes to kitchen amenities. We had to buy salt, oil, stuff that we had come to expect. But otherwise - highly recommend!

This is a great apar**ent in a great location, very close to the Trevi fountain, the Spanish steps and much more. Eight of us(6 adults and 2 children) stayed there, and it was super comfortable It has a good size kitchen and living/dining area. It also has a washer/dryer in unit so it was very easy to do laundry. The Sonder staff was also very responsive which made the stay even better. I’d stay there again.

We stayed at the Sonder di Trevi for 4 days for our stay in Rome. We found the apar**ent was well positioned between the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps. We all found the apar**ent spacious. Allowing for private areas for all of us. We had a couple of issues on our stay but found the support staff were EXCEPTIONAL and very prompt, sometimes instantaneously dealing with issues. Always good to know that there was someone on hand to deal with whatever was thrown up. Even has a fire alarm go off at 12.30 am( false alarm). The staff were on site within 15 minutes to take control of the situation. A supply of necessities was on hand to replenish essentials like toilet paper, teas , detergents and soaps on site. Very handy. Only improvements they could make,were Improve the shower in the bath so it wouldn’t leak water on the bathroom floor. Replace the leaky hot water jug. Leave instructions on how to operate the washer dryer . We had two air-conditioning units non operational during our stay. Would recommend the apar**ent for large groups travelling and staying in Rome.
