Relais de La Poste

Okay so this was my third trip to Rome. I wanted a good location and this totally delivered! It’s 5 minutes from the Spanish steps, in a luxury shopping district, and within 20/25 min of everything you want to see. The staff was super helpful and the room was very clean. The cons were that the walls are thin—you’ll hear neighbors and the bed is a little hard. Also it being right by the shopping district is a little noisy, so use a white noise app. I’d 100% book again. Impossible to beat the value for the money/location! 7 euro cab to the Vatican, 9 minute walk to Trevi fountain.

Great place to stay. We like the hotel staff very much! Very helpful. Booked the taxi for us. explained to us the route to the sights. Very clean.

All good, we enjoyed it everyday. Great location, very close to most of the attractions. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Good help with booking tours and useful advice about transport and taxis. Rooms were clean and very good decor.

Super convenient, walking distance to spagna station, spanish steps, all the shopping area. Many food options around the hotel. It is a very small boutique hotel. Didn't have any issue locating the hotel. Google map works 💪. It doesnt have 24/7 reception and i didnt require that service either. I checked out before the staff came to work..just inform them a day earlier that you require early check out. Breakfast - limited choices. More cakes instead of bread options. There's freshly cooked eggs kindly informed the butler.. Room size - i had a relatively big room and it was really comfy Amenties - inconsistent, they gave me a half used bottle of conditioner and then a new set of shampoo and conditioner on my 3rd night. Nothing was given on my 2nd night.

The hotel was in a prime location, near metro and Spanish steps. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was very clean.

Property was very clean and convenient to the metro. Was able to leave luggage until it was time to check-in. Which was very helpful. Would rent a room there again

We had one short day/night in Rome. This was a lovely, very convenient place to spend it. Someday we would like to return for a much longer visit.

The property itself is really nice and convenient. It is located in a very nice and central area of the city. However, what made the stay so special was the staff from the hotel. Sami and Samantha were absolutely amazing! I can’t thank them enough for how nice they were in every aspect. They definitely make the difference in this hotel. Thank you so much!
