Location was great but going up the spanish steps was exhausting, very close to main attractions, very safe location, staff was welcoming and nice. I didn’t book directly through the hotel so the pictures and the size of the room weren’t really accurate, room size was kind of small and bathroom was definitely small and the shower door didn’t close right but the view from the room was very nice. Overall it was a nice stay but personally I like bigger rooms and definitely bigger bathroom .

Everything was Wonderful. Right across The Hotel Hausser, beautiful Spanish steps, walking distance to everything to do in Rome.

Beautiful Tuscan dream is what I would name this villa. To my husband and I who live in Kansas, the villa and Siena was right out of a storybook. We would love to go back. The people who run it are extremely nice and accommodating. I would suggest you go by train or bus, but if you do have a car, they can help you. It is clean and modern and there is everything that would you need, like shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. Breakfast was a wonderful change with scrambled eggs and a buffet of fruit, pastry and dessert. I couldn’t this time but hope to stay a week next time.

We were greeted promptly, check in was very quick, great view from our window. This hotel is right above the Spanish Steps and wonderful view of sunset, tons of restaurants and shops!

I first stayed here with a friend five years ago. I wanted to take my mum to Rome this time and decide to stay at the same hotel because of how impressed I was with it last time. Such friendly and helpful staff. Always clean and quiet. The breakfast options are really good. Also nice to have water and hot drinks options available in the room. Easy to walk to attractions. We walked everywhere!

Room was nothing special but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast on rooftop was charming. Neighborhood is the best. Would stay there again

This is such a great place to stay. The rooms are gorgeous, it’s so close to the centre but there is ZERO noise at night! The rooms are big, the balcony is very generous. It’s the perfect place to stay in the centre of Rome. There are also really great restaurants and sights and shopping nearby. The staff are super nice and helpful without being overbearing or intrusive, AND the cleaners don’t wake you up at some ridiculous time of the morning hoovering or knocking on the door, they also clean the room without re-arranging your suitcase and stuff which is exceptional.
