世界上最吵鬧的人來住這家酒店都會為該酒店的隔音效果所感到自愧不如。

Our stay at the hotel was alright. I picked this one according to its location. It was really great - just 5 mins walk from the train station and you can easily get everywhere you want. Everything was quite okay and as expected. Our room was small but had everything we needed in it. The only thing that disappointed me was the location of the room. It was just next to the reception. So we could hear even whispering from there and they could hear us too. The bed could be more comfortable. Everything else is fine and the staff is very good there.

Room was very small and the insulation was very poor as we could hear loud noise from outside. No soap was provided in the room. The breakfast provided is probably known as snack, only a small loaf of bread ( not even a crossiant as they quoted) and a cup of expresso with orange juice

Assolutamente pessima. L'unica forma di vita che vedi è il receptionist,ma soltanto alla consegna delle chiavi. Dentro la camera il frigobar è vuoto,quindi ho dovuto chiedere una bottiglia d'acqua e per fortuna almeno quella ce l'avevano. In bagno era presente solo il telo grande,gli altri 2 pezzi assenti. Per farti la doccia devi chiedere di accendere lo scaldabagno altrimenti puoi farti una bella doccia fredda. Oltre questo non offre nessun servizio,neanche un caffè appena ti svegli la mattina. Per me questo "hotel" farebbe più figura se chiudesse perchè oltre al servizio scadente,lasciano il cliente da solo,se hai qualche imprevisto te lo risolvi. Una cosa sicura è che non ci tornerò mai più.

Nada que ver las fotos de la web a lo que te dan. Le dijimos al del Hotel ( pensión) que nos diera otra habitación y nos dijo que no había. El hotel en general esta muy sucio y las instalaciones de la planta 4, los aseos que son compartidos, la fontanería, alicatados en suelo, paredes y sanitarios se encuentran en un estado deplorable. el agua de la ducha sale muy caliente y es imposible regular, me ha llegado a quemar la piel. La cama de matrimonio es muy pequeña. Uno de los WC esta roto y muy sucio. no se ha limpiado. El bidet esta suelto completamente. faltan baldosas en el suelo de los aseos, tapadas con toallas. con riesgo de cortase los pies. No llega señal de TV a nuestra habitación. los enchufes estan sueltos y les faltan los marcos embellecedores en nuestra habitación. La lámpara de nuestra habitación esta muy sucia con mucho polvo. La persiana de la ventana esta rota y muy sucia, no se puede bajar ni subir. El vestibulo de la planta 4 se encuentra lleno de bolsas con ropa de las habitaciones, desde hace una semana. dificultando la estancia en él. Nuestra habitación estaban los muebles rotos y el armario lleno de cortinas sucias, debajo de la cama había un colchón, y unos de los cajones de las mesitas llena de patas de cama. Olía fatal parecía que era una habitación de trastos. Añadiré que las habitaciones ni las limpian, ni hacen las camas, solo te cambian la bolsa de la basura. En la web te venden que hay cafetera y que hay productos dd limpieza, y es todo MENTIRA. No hay de nada. El ascensor y el hall, en general muy dejado y muy sucio. Nunca he vivido con tanta suciedad y tanto desperfecto. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Don't stay here! I have travelled a lot and this is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at. Filthy, TV hardly ever worked, poor service, guest toilet paper is stacked in the hall, etc. etc. The hotel our travel agent had booked us into supposedly closed so they booked us into this dump. Extreme ripoff rates due to the Ryder Cup going on (we were not there for the golf) but we had no choice. Run the other way as fast as you can!

Very old place hasn’t been updated. No ac. Very flat pillows. The washroom stank very bad. For the amount I paid to stay there not worth it at all. I would never stay there again. The only good thing about staying there was the location close to train station and near all the stuff for site seeing. Do not stay here. The smell is sooooo bad

Avoid this place at any costs. This was the worst stay ever. The guy at the reception tried to overcharge us for turist tax when he clearly knew the law. Beware abd don't get scammed. We didn't get the room we originally booked, even telling us not to contact Hotels customer service because he will do it.

Freezing room that only had one old heater that didn’t work properly, heating was only put on at certain times leaving the room ice cold. Mentioned to Receptionist who didn’t do anything about it. I and my son caught colds due to poor hygiene and temperature. The mattresses were stained and smelly and filthy duvets which stank heavily of smoke. Shower broken and inadequate hot water. heating . I want a refund!!
