部屋は概ね満足です。泊数分の使い切りシャワージェルと小さな固形の石鹸ひとつ（使い切りで清潔です。）駅から程近く、周辺には良いカフェ（Bar fondiのカプチーノとクロワッサンはおいしかった！）があります。部屋は十分な広さがあり、テレビも満足。少し壁が薄いことと、暖房がついてる時とつかない時があること、2泊のうち最初の1泊はタオルを交換して貰えたのに2泊目は交換されていなかったなど惜しい部分も。また宿は5階にありますが、階段にたまにホームレスの人が寝てます。危害はないですが駅周辺の治安を考えた上でくるべき場所。高額でこそないものの、安くもないので少し物足りなかった。ロケーションはとても便利で、レセプションの人は優しかったです。

Hotel on the fifth floor. There is no elevator I would’ve put more than two people. Staff spoke English and was friendly. The place was cleaned. Unfortunately, there’s my stain in the plug by the bed was somewhere out it was unusable, but very close to the train station with grocery store across the streetand the excellent location and very reasonable price

Excellent location very near to termini station.. bus station ..airport shuttle bus stop .. nice restaurants and cafes ..clean rooms .... highly recommended for traveling on budget who need clean place and perfect location ....friendly staff ....

Super cozy, friendly staff. Good price value. Very close to the Terminal, easy to be found and many things around to do. Clean and no complains! 10/10. Thank you for the hospitality The lady even helps us with maps and recommendations where to go. Go for it

Very unwelcoming atmosphere. Price is good, but I think you could find better places with this kind of price, at least airbnb's. First of all - the room didn't look AT ALL like the one in a picture. We purchased a more expensive room, because from the pictures it seemed better, and still got the one that was the reason why we paid more. To NOT get the sh*tty one. Not only that, (room wasn't cosy at all) even the things didn't work properly, (except of a temperature regulator - that was the only thing that did its job, it worked so well I caught a cold during the night): shower barely worked, I could clean up myself faster with my bare hands near the sink (of course that's also not a case - whole bathroom is so small and uncomfortable you can literally wash half of your body in a shower while taking a sh*t), bed was so terrible to sleep in (you just roll down because the middle is higher than the sides) we had to sleep sideways, with our feet uncomfortably dangling in the air, and the elevator is exactly like the ones in scary movies, who just stops working or crushes you in pieces. Also it is too loud to sleep, the street and its surroundings (also the people) is exactly what you'd expect near the station. Not even mentioning the staff, who not only didn't speak english (not even barely) but almost broke our doors with banging them, because we were a little bit late for a check out. Totally not worth the money, whole trip was very tiring to us, only because of our poor accomodation choice. Came back exhausted instead of relaxed and rested after the trip. Wouldn't recommend, 2/10

Posizionato a 2 passi da termini, Posto al quinto piano , carino nel complesso ,stanze pulite ,letto comodo ,stanza un po piccolina ma va bene, personale molto cortese. Ringrazio per il deposito bagagli . Lo consiglio Patrik 🦉 Contribute 🦉 2024

Hotel con muy buena ubicación, al lado justo de la estación de Termini y a aproximadamente 30 min caminando de los monumentos más importantes de Roma. El personal muy atento y amable, solucionan cualquier duda que te surja y te ofrecen valiosa información. Muy buen hotel calidad precio, con habitaciones muy amplias y acogedoras.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel in base alle foto e alle recensioni ,certo si tratta di un 2 stelle e abbiamo anche speso una cifra modica,circa 45 € a notte,ma....la cosa che mi.spinge a fare questa recensione e l'assoluta non corrispondenza tra la descrizione e poi la realtà. La stanza è sprovvista di un armadio,di un appoggio per le valigie,è molto scarna e vecchiottal'arredo quasi inesistente,e decisamente brutta a vedersi,la vera nota dolente è il bagno un quadrato piccolissimo con un lavabo minuscolo,un vater e una doccia striminziti,senza alcun appoggio per accessori da bagno,scomodo anche per posare un asciugamano,senza finestra e con un aspiratore rumorosissimo. Una delle notti nel cuore della notte ci sono stati moltissimi rumori provenienti dal citofono e dal corridoio,insomma ......una permanenza non proprio felice. L'hotel.comunque è pulito,e la posizione è perfetta a soli 2 minuti dalla stazione termini. Non prevede la colazione,c'è il televisore e il letto è tutto sommato abbastanza comodo. Il.personale è gentile. Ed è aperto h 24. Mi è stato detto che alcune stanze sono state rinnovate purtroppo non ho avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in una di quelle.

La camera non è il massimo ma va bene per piccoli soggiorni o per un semplice punto di appoggio per una notte. Il personale è disponibile e super gentile, a disposizione in qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. Posizionato in un ottimo punto, a pochi passi dalla stazione termini.
