The service at this hotel was far above expectations. The staff especially Guest Relations, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. Everything about our stay was superior from our upgraded suite to morning breakfast. All staff were so friendly and prepared to make our stay even better. Will for sure highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family and will stay again if our travels finds us in Rome. Thank you

Отличный отель в центре Рима. Рядом парк Вилла Боргеза, недалеко до всех достопримечательностей. Рядом станция метро и магазин продуктов (50 метров).
Хорошие матрасы и подушки. Номера с видом на парк лучшие.

市中心酒店,房間不太大,很干淨,服务很好.
入住后发覚房間比想像小,要求換房
酒店前台很热意幫忙,領着我們看了4個不同房型
最后加120欧/晚,換了间大套房

L'hôtel est situé sur un périphérique avec un accès très bizarre, faut descendre niveau -2 pour avoir la réception qui est planqué derrière un comptoir armé contre le Covid, au bonjour très silencieux, presque arraché, bref un accueil froid, tout comme le lieu. La chambre a tout le confort de la chaîne NH mais n'a aucun charme. Des détails mettent même en avant des négligences de propreté.
Le petit déjeuner n'a absolument rien d'extraordinaire, toujours en -2 sous une verrière. Mais l'espace étant trop grand, on mange dans un grand hall de gare. Le buffet est derrière une muraille en plexiglas, c'est un serveur qui pioche dans les oeufs brouillés bacon saucisses pour vous. Rien qui distingue, le faire une fois sur 3 jours sinon c'est l'ennui.
Conseil : ne prenez rien dans le frigo c'est hors de prix comme la petite bouteille d'eau pour 3€. Et les taxes de séjour c'est 6€ par tête par jour.
Intérêt ? Pas loin de la Villa Borghèse et Medecis. Malgré les bus relient très bien au centre, autant aller dormir ailleurs.

This is a lovely, well cared for and well serviced hotel in the Borgese neighborhood. The staff made a tremendous effort to arrange early room access for my family since we had young children, and the room for four worked beautifully and included two bathrooms. The furnishings were comfortable and clean, and the staff all friendly and responsive. Breakfast was delicious as well. We will certainly book here in the future.

The room photos on the booking site did not represent the hideous multi-motif room we were given. We reserved a queen family room (with a pullout bed) but got single beds. The breakfast was edible but not fresh, good, or tasty. The staff were obviously not happy to be working there. The cost of the room was very, very high compared to the value/quality. Will never stay here again. Recommend you look elsewhere.
