Abbiamo soggiornato in occasione dell'evento Europa in danza, insieme a mia figlia che ha partecipato alle audizioni con maestri internazionali. Personale accogliente e preparato. Pulizia della camera ottimale. Colazione a buffet con cibi salati e dolci davvero ottima. Nei pressi c'è un fornitissimo supermercato (Panorama). Facilità di parcheggio nel piazzale antistante l'hotel. Ottima esperienza. Da ripetere.

Clean place, several amenities I did not have a chance to use. Breakfast was very good with many options. I had a car which is a great idea if you want to visit Italy to move around. Easy parking, free and the staff is very helpful, polite and check in and out is super fast. Great stay.

The hotel itself is alright. Looks better on the pictures than in real life though. Rooms are a bit small, but we did not really spend a lot of time there as we where out exploring the city. The rooms are quite worn out. The bathroom door was damaged by water as well as the ceiling in the bathroom as the ventilation was not working. A little balcony was there, unfortunately ours turned to the backside of the hotel, and there was no view other than trash from the hotel. Also, there was a table on the terrace, but no chairs.

Quite easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From the outside and reception this looks like a lovely modern and updated hotel. Shoved in a room at the front overlooking the car park (believe this is because we did not book direct) which was outdated, stinking of cigarettes with an unsafe balcony. If you have small children do not let them on the balcony as they will easily fall down the gap. Asked to change rooms - a firm NO. No offer to help. Not interested in hearing our complaint. Positive - free parking and close drive to the city. 3:30am - can hear every single movement and noise from the adjoining room and upstairs. Full conversations. There is no privacy. Woken up early by cleaning staff banging doors and talking loudly. Breakfast - don’t bother. Wouldn’t serve it to a dog. Disgusting. unsure how this hotel is open let alone advertised as a 4star.

Very good overall. Our only criticism is that the hotel is very difficult to access by public transport and anyone with even small mobility problems would need taxis for everything.
