Ön büroda kötü hizmet veren yaşlı bir adam vardı. Odadaki ağ zayıftı ve neredeyse hiç internet yoktu. Oda küçüktü ve olanaklar eskiydi.

The front desk attendant (young guy in his 30s with curly hair: on Tuesday Jan 10 5pm Rome time @ ARS Best Western hotel):
The front desk attendant - he was threatening me with violence and was yelling obscenities telling me to f-off and to f-myself! I work for the embassy and nobody has ever talked to me like that ever! I don’t know what his problem was?? 😔
This is inexcusable / he’s telling me to f myself, and that I’m an *****, and to go f off - nobody deserves to be talk like this, no matter what.
It is so sad because I stayed almost a week at this hotel and I really enjoyed it, all the other people were super nice and the service excellent!
I am really sad, and I don’t know what the heck happened with this guy - I think he has mental problems
& needs anger management therapy. So sad 😞

The location of the hotel was perfect for me. I could take the subway for the bus straight to all tourist attractions. Fewer staffs are very warm; the breakfast is fantastic. You can enjoy Italian coffee. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Struttura gradevole, posizione non distante dal centro, camere pulite e personale attento e disponibile, la prossima volta che andro' a Roma tornero' in questa struttura

This hotel is clean and tidy but a little tired. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, quite a limited choice but could have as much, or as little, as you wanted. We stayed for two nights, and that was enough. It's about a 15-minute walk down a steep hill (you have to walk back up) to the Metro, and about a 15-minute journey to the Colluseum, so not as close to the centre as we would have liked. The hotel is situated in a residential area, and there is nothing in the way of bars and restaurants nearby, although there are some down the hill! This hotel is definitely not for you if you have mobility issues. The '3' marking is based purely on the location.

Great base for exploring Rome. Short walk to the metro. Reception really friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Room small but adequate and clean. After a busy day in the city centre we found a great little outdoor bar for a chill out. Close to the hotel and used by by the locals. Lovely atmosphere. Aperol spritzers were amazing and reasonably priced.

Best Western Ars hotel, Roma 🇮🇹 This is definitely a great hotel - beautiful, traditional Italian Palace-like hotel with a modern interior in a great location… I really enjoyed it here, and it was wonderful! But sometimes the best part of one’s stay at a hotel is the service, in this case, the service was perfection! Impeccable service at the front desk by Graziana! Great job 👏🏻 Thank you so much!
