To be honest we weren't sure what to expect but the hotel/guest house was just perfect. Rooms a good size and very very clean. Location is in a nice quiet area and very well based to go around all the city landmarks. Staff are superstars. So friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. If I'm going back to Rome I'd certainly go back to the Marta.

This is a great little guest house within the Prati district in Rome, Italy. The staff are so friendly. Our room was ok but the bathroom/shower could do with a bit of freshening up. The only disappoin**ent was the lack of kettle and toaster that would mean you could self cater better.

This is in a great location walkable to just about everything. The host was really good. He knows all the places to go and how to get there. Great guy.
The only adverse comment is the shower! We were in room 3 and the shower is minuscule, seriously. Plus the door didn’t seal and the floor was awash every day. Had to mop it up with towels.
Other than that no complaints.

A 2nd excellent stay in this cozy, budget-priced, charming guesthouse. Outstanding customer care for guests from this hardworking team. They make you feel like part of the extended family. Grateful to Ovidio for his help with Wi-Fi access and great recommendations. Old-world decors in the rooms. Super convenient location in Prati. Easy access to all the major sights, but removed from the tourist hordes. Note: The shower stall in my singles room was fine for me, but might be a tight fit for very overweight people.

This place if it were anywhere else would have been torn down long ago. Terrible wifi Worst shower ever, so bad I paid €5 to go to nearby gym just to shower. Paper thin walls and ceilings. I complained but nothing was done, I noticed a review from 2019 pointed out similar issues. Go to Rome see the ruins, visit this place you get to stay in a ruin too.

Es una exclente opción para aloj**** en Roma. La elegimos por cuarta vez. La ubicación es excepcional, cerca de todo. El shuttle que lleva al aeropuerto se toma en la puerta. La atención de Marta y de Ovidio es muy buena, uno se siente como en casa. La habitación era cómoda, con frigobar, limpia.

Si volviera a Roma posiblemente vuelva a este hotel, a pesar de que en algunas cosas necesita una reforma no nos falto de nada, estuvimos muy cómodas. La ubicación es muy buena para ir a todas partes, el bus del aeropuerto se coge en la calle justo detrás, autobuses, metro y un supermercado enfrente. Tiene nevera, aire a pesar de la ola de calor estuvimos muy fresquitas. La cama cómoda con almohadas de sobra y una televisión enorme aunque no la utilizamos. Lo mejor del hotel su recepcionista, atento, educado nos ayudo en un montón de cosas nos explico como ir a los sitios de interés en transporte publico, nos facilito incluso los billetes y muy importante en español, solo puedo darle mil gracias por su trato.
