Recently refurbished, the hotel was immaculate throughout. The hotel staff are exemplary and the most attentive I have come across. Being a smaller boutique type hotel they can give you a much more personal service than the bigger hotels. Location is excellent with just a few minutes walk to the station and easy access to the major attractions yet tucked away in a quiet street. Highly recommended.

We arrived at 6:30 pm for check in and the door was closed. Beware ! There is no office opened. Only until 4:00 pm and then they leave. We had to contact the manager by whatsapp and wait until he responded. We were so tired! We finally were given instructions on how to get in, to find a room that was soooo small, the shower was unbelievable, tiny , you struggle to get in and get out. Worst night ever, The Air Conditioning did not work. Next morning we told the manager and he said he was going to call a technician to what we said… no way! We need a new room. He finally agreed and the room was a little bit bigger with AC working great. There is a bar-restaurant below and you can hear noise through 3:00 am. Their windows are not sound proof like they post on the information. We will never ever go back to this Hotel. The only thing that is good about it is the location which is the Historic center of Rome.

The hotel was unexpectedly closed. Which was not communicated to us at all-when found out from a note pasted on the door telling us our reservation was transferred to a different hotel. Would’ve been nice to know before dragging our luggage in the opposite direction, but this place failed to communicate anything. Other hotel (Torino) was meh/ok

Superbe hôtel, 2 ans de travaux , le résultat est magnifique ! Un personnel aux petits soins, adorable et faisant même l effort de parler un peu en français. La chambre était parfaite, propre et chic. La salle de bain nickel et de bonne taille . Il manque peut être une nespresso et une meilleure isolation phonique côté rue (si je veux chipoter un peu). Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bien évidemment à volonté. L hôtel est parfaitement situé à proximité de l hyper centre. Nous recommandons et reviendrons sûrement 👍👍👍

Non lo consiglio! Hanno preteso il saldo al nostro arrivo ! Personale alla reception,in particolare una ragazza presente sabato 27/04 alle ore 13,00, sgarbata , poco professionale e poco disponibile.Colazione scarsa e di qualità mediocre!
