Overall a recommendable place, but please note the ground floor intercom which I had to keep pressing to reach for reception.

Pas très bien indiqué à l’extérieur si on arrive lorsque le gardien n’est plus là mais l’hôtel est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner nous a été offert tous les matins. Le personnel est très agréable. 15 min à pied du Colisée, 30 min de la Fontaine de trévi et à 5 min de la gare

È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questa struttura......una garanzia! La nostra camera per noi perfetta, calda, pulita, accogliente, dotata di ogni comfort, prezzo super ottimo soprattutto per tutto quello che offrono, colazione in camera : abbiamo trovato in frigo 2 yogurt ed una coca cola, 2 bottiglie di acqua, bollitore, the di varie tipologie, caffè solubile, 2 capsule monodose di latte, zucchero, una macchinetta per caffè espresso con varie cialde, 2 biscottini, e infine, la mattina la gentilissima Signora Teresa, ti lascia alla porta della camera 2 cornetti freschi..... che si viole di più!!!! In bagno kit cortesia fornitissimo, asciugacapelli molto potente (cosa rara!) TV, armadio ampio con cassaforte. Unico appunto : le camere sono poco insonorizzate, anche se non si sente alcun rumore dall'esterno perché la nostra dava nel cortile interno, si sentono gli altri ospiti della struttura soprattutto se poco educati e rispettosi! La posizione ottima : a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini e Santa Maria Maggiore. Sia la ragazza del check in ( purtroppo non ci ricordiamo il nome) che la signora Teresa, sono persone estremamente deliziose e gentili, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli per poi ritirarli prima della nostra partenza..... servizio comodissimo! Abbiamo scoperto che hanno altre strutture simili nella stessa zona..... se non trovate posto qui.... chiedete a loro, vi troveranno di sicuro un alloggio adatto alle vostre esigenze! Naturalmente, noi consigliamo di soggiornare in questa struttura senza alcun dubbio!! Grazie.... a presto!

Hôtel super bien situé, à 900 mètres du Colisée, 10 minutes à pied de la gare et à 2 minutes du métro. Si la localisation est excellente, la qualite de l’hôtel réside surtout dans le service offert qui est impeccable. La gerante est au petits soins, offrant boissons gratuites fraîches et couques tous les matins au pas de la porte de la chambre. Chambre d’ailleurs parfaitement climatisée, grande, agréable et nettoyée tous les jours. Nous avons été ravies du séjour pour notre part !

établissement surprenant dans un immeuble, chambre spacieuse et bien équipé, personnel de service bien. petit dejeuner a dispo dans la chambre cafetiere et bouilloire des croissant sont déposés a la poignet de porte le matin.

This room is not a hotel as advertised on ***********. It’s a selection of tiny rooms in a building in a very grubby area. The road noise level and paper thin walls to other rooms, was such that we didn’t get much sleep and the tiny space made it so only 1 could open a suitcase. Whilst the room was clean the rate of $350au did no way reflect what was on offer. Having stayed in a similar style of accommodation only 3 weeks before just a short distance away, I feel validated in giving this review. At our previous accommodation at vimmile hill, the roads were quiet, the rooms a comfortable size and the rates were far less in a much cleaner area, sadly they were booked out and we took this place instead. I can’t recommend this accommodation as it’s a very budget style stop at high prices in a bad area. It was not the place we even booked but having arrived at that address we were then contacted via email, to walk to another address. The room was smaller than what we booked but we were told these rooms were the same. This accommodation Actually spoilt our last few days in Rome. I would like to note however the cleaning staff were lovely as was the gentleman attending our checkin. Management needs to lift their standards.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura… che si presenta davvero molto accogliente dal sito… poi in realtà onestamente credo di aver avuto una pessima esperienza… stanza singola piccola, un buco praticamente…. Carta da parati con angoli pendenti e capelli lunghi presenti all’interno della fodera del cuscino e dei saponi sul lavandino… onestamente lo scarterò a priori nei miei numerosi soggiorni nella capitale… esperienza pessima…. Assolutamente sconsigliato

The rooms are very small. Also the bathroom is very narrow. It looks different in the pictures. For breakfast, there is only yogurt, coffee (tea) and one croissant, which is hung on the door of the room in the morning. You have to eat breakfast in the room where you sleep and there is no separate space for it. Once we were not served breakfast at all. The location is nit good. The nearby subway is not working and is closed (you cannot use it).
