Posizione ottima. Camera: affaccio sulla chiostrina interna della palazzina, con forte odore proveniente dalla cucina del ristorante, quindi impossibile aprire la finestra. Bagno: stipite della porta rotto; doccia comoda ma fughe delle mattonelle nere (muffa); termosifone con parti senza più vernice; impossibile poggiare qualunque cosa per mancanza di ripiani; bidet scomodo. Interno palazzina: vetri rotti alle finestre lungo le scale che portano ai piani. Sconsigliato per media/lunga permanenza.

ottima posizione per il centro storico e vicina a trastevere . ubicata in un palazzo fatiscente , le camere rinnovate ma piccole bagno senza bidet , doccia piccola con tenda senza un piano d appoggio per bagnoschiuma shampoo ecc..non pessimo ma c'è di molto meglio

Stayed here for two nights while visiting the city. The place is not that easy to find and when you find it you do think twice as the hotel is down an alleyway and the door looks pretty grim. Check in was simple and easy and the lady was very helpful taking us to our room which was on the first floor of three. The room was great and a lot better than we expected for the price we paid, it was clean and well kept as was the shower room. The room was cleaned and re-set after our first day which we probably were not expecting. Location is great and about ten minutes away from all the main attractions. Can understand while people give here a low score and a bad review as there are many people out there who want to pay for Primark and get Gucci !. For what we paid we thought this was brilliant, get over the entrance and enjoy the beautiful city

Ne pas se fier à ce qu'on voit de la rue, c'est juste très bien planqué. Les chambres sont confortables, seules les salles de bail mériteraient un petit upgrade au niveau des douches. Après si vous créchez là, c'est pour la position centarle dans Rome, et le fait que si vous voulez prendre l'apéro au Panthéon c'est à 3 min à pied. Pas d'autre prestation que le dodo, le manger c'est ailleurs (en même temps dans le quartier c'est gavé de restos ouvert du petit dej au diner). Donc emplacement top, et plutôt silencieux la nuit. Un bon compromis sur un long WE typiquement.

Non assomiglia per niente alle foto viste su internet. Appena aperta la porta c’è una scalinata da film horror, con puzza di fogna… La camera era carina ma molto molto piccola, il personale ci ha accolto con non troppo entusiasmo. L’unico punto a favore può essere la posizione, dista 15 min a piedi dalla fontana di Trevi e 20 minuti dalla fermata della metro Barberini (la più vicina) e 10 minuti dal quartiere Trastevere. Tutto sommato non lo consiglierei.

Edificio fatiscente sia esternamente che internamente le stanze non male nel complesso anche se poco curate per quanto mi riguarda un esperienza poco gradevole xchè oltre alla scomodità delle scale per i bagagli non avevamo nemmeno una finestra per areare la stanza mi risulta che anche al 41/bis siano dotati di finestra di notte non si respirava perché ovviamente vista la piccola dimensione della stanza mancava l'ossigeno. mi sembra strano che gli abbiano dato anche l'agibilità per aprire stanze senza un minimo di riciclo d'aria....non lo consiglio

Abbiamo soggiornato qui una notte,dalle foto sul sito tutto perfetto fino al nostro arrivo... Appena arrivati ci troviamo in un vicolo buio e male odorante,al portone io e il mio compagno abbiamo capito che qualcosa non andasse,infatti una volta entrati abbiamo capito che si trattasse di un' affittacamere e non un b&b. Una volta varcata la soglia del portone un forte odore di urina nelle scale del palazzo persiste (dicevano fosse del 600,ma in realtà solo molto male andato ma alla fine non è colpa nemmeno della struttura essendo che non ci sono solo loro)al momento del check-in la ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile. Una volta entrati nella nostra stanza non possiamo dire che non fosse pulito,anzi,ma semplicemente era così piccola da non poterci nemmeno muovere. Unico punto a loro favore è la posizione strategica in cui si trova,a due passi da piazza navona,non ci sentiamo di consigliarlo per più di una notte. Ps. Le stanze non sono per niente insonorizzate,e abbiamo pagato anche molto per quello che ci ha offerto la struttura.

We paid about 60euros/night for this place. For this price this was an amazing deal, we didn’t have to use taxis and transit at all. So convenient and walkable to pretty much all famous places in Roma. Staff was wonderful, Alicia helped us with great recommendations and helped us with our luggage. I saw few bad reviews for no elevators on site, they have clearly stated on the booking information, so I don’t why people give bad reviews for this. This is why for the price we paid, this was an awesome deal. Staff cleaned the rooms well and were friendly with instructions, very responsive and clear directions for getting to the property. They provided us with places to visit and a map with instructions. We will stay again if we come back to Rome. Thank you staff!!

What worked: * Customer service - the staff friendly and accommodating * Location - it was easy to reach the main sights from the hotel * Cleanliness - the room was always clean. The room had also been recently renovated What didn't work so well: * Noise - the walls felt paper thin and you could literally see light through the door (needs some insulation) * Accessibility - as there was no elevator, the hotel wouldn't work for someone with poor legs * Temperature control - it was possible to heat the room but not to cool it (or we didn't figure it out). Lack of proper window outside didn't help. If you can deal with the limitations, the hotel can be a good choice.
