Villa Paganini B&B

If you want a nice quiet setting in a great neighborhood - Villa Paganini B&B is the perfect place for you. It is close enough to the subway to get you anywhere you want to go and although we did not take the buses that is convenient as well. The hosts Veronica and Giovanni were so welcoming and charming you would think you were staying at your grandparents home for the weekend! Although they did not speak any English we were able to communicate enough to get by. The room was spotless and the breakfast was very good - how can you beat homemade jellies and jams! Do yourself a favor and book your stay at Villa Paganini B&B if you get the chance. You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I stayed at Villa Paganini for two nights when we were in Rome. It was perfect for us - a short distance from the crowds, heat and noise of centro storico, while still be easily accessible to many places (by bus, taxi or a 45-min walk). The villa is set back in a quiet residential neighborhood and includes a courtyard, where breakfast was served both mornings we were there. Our hosts were gracious, welcoming and authentic; their English was limited but we were able to communicate effectively with my elementary Italian. We stayed in Torlonia, which was plenty spacious for us and included an ensuite bathroom with shower. Most of the time we didn't find the AC necessary (even though it was 35C during the days) but when we did turn it on we found the room cooled rapidly and efficiently such that we were able to limit our usage. Next to our room was a small (shared) kitchenette where there was chilled water and the ability to make tea and coffee. Breakfast was simple, yet delicious - freshly made coffee, eggs, a sweet pastry (brioche), juice, yogurt and homemade jams. For us, our stay was perfect because we were able to step away from the chaos of Rome and have a small respite in a quiet, clean and tranquil setting. The value for money was excellent, and we would definitely stay again.

La struttura si trova nel quartiere Trieste, zona incantevole di Roma contraddistinta da svariate ville e condomini altrettanto eleganti. il B&B dispone di un maginifico giardino che in questo periodo dell'anno è un vero tripudio di colori e profumi, una vera sorpresa se si considera che Via Nomentana è ad un passo, ma che si è totalmente immersi nel silenzio ed accanto ad un piccolo parco pubblico. Veronica vi accoglierà con un grande sorriso, dimostrando sempre massima dispomibilità e gentilezza. La camera è accogliente e curata, unico neo la mancanza di scuri alla finestra la cui persiana lascia filtrare la luce il mattino presto. Segnalo inoltre nei pressi locali di ottimo livello.

Posto incantevole e ospitalità familiare. Un'isola di pace in piena città. Silenzio e tranquillità pur essendo a pochi passi da una delle arterie principali servita da numerosi autobus. Facile da raggiungere da Termini. La camera era luminosa, molto pulita e profumata. Presenza di una stanza comune con tavolo e annessa una cucinetta e quindi avere la possibilità di bere un the a qualsiasi ora. Abbiamo passato un'ottima vacanza anche se breve. Inoltre Veronica è fantastica e ha assecondato i nostri capricci))). Grazie mille e ci rivedremo presto.
