This B&B is amazing! The booking was so easy, the host kept us informed with how to use the electronic key well ahead of arrival. The beds and pillows were the comfiest we’ve ever had. We had room 1 and that came with a lovely balcony, perfect for watching the world go by. The shower was amazing and there was plenty of space. Coffee prepared by the hosts every morning and they were lovely. Allowed us to leave our cases once we checked out and allowed us access later in the afternoon to collect with no hassle. Would definitely stay here again. Faultless. Grazie!

The apar**ent was not far from a metro stop, not that i used it as I walked everywhere. A friend restaurants and shops in close proximity too. Information regarding the property was easy to understand and I liked the electronic key card for the building. My room was pleasant enough and cleaned daily. It was cold however and the radiator was on a timer. I couldn’t get any English channels on the tv, which wasn’t a huge issue. I stayed in an end room and the people in the apar**ent next door were so noisy and both evenings I could hear their to extremely loudly. Their young child was also up early. After averaging 40,000 I was shattered and really needed a good sleep! Can’t say I would come back unfortunately.

I booked this B&B for our anniversary trip to Europe for our stay in Rome. The pictures on the site make it look great, in our opinion that’s where it ended. The AC barely worked well enough to keep the room tolerable. It said it was 20C (68F) but it was 100% not accurate. We were sweating in the room most of the time. Outside weather was high 80s low 90s. Bed was comfortable (memory foam) but unfortunately added to the heat. Was booked for a triple room that had a sofa but our room did not have one. No waste bin in the room. Unclear which bathroom was ours since it was external so we just picked the one closer to our room. Shower was missing part of the glass panel so water was making a mess. Buffet breakfast was a joke. It was two cereal dispensers with milk and juice in the fridge. There was a sign in the kitchen that actually said breakfast from 8:30-10:30am but you could have that cereal anytime you wanted. The sink in the kitchen didn’t have running water so you can’t actually cook in said kitchen even if you wanted to. Owner came by morning of our second day to collect payment at 8:30-9am while we were trying to sleep. The windows are sound proof so no outside noise was heard but the inside is another story. You can hear everyone coming and going. We ended up getting sick and it was not a place you want to try and rest and recover in because of the heat. Extremely disappointed in our stay and it was overall a major negative in our overall trip unfortunately.

The property is a bit old but being maintained in good condition. Very clean. All you need in a room during your stay is provided. A/C works ok for hot weather. The breakfast: can’t recommend to book if you expect something like cheese, ham, eggs, fresh croissants and etc.

Everything was perfect. We loved the decoration. It is near to Metro.

Posto molto carino. Curato nei minimi dettagli. Lo staff super cordiale e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi mia richiesta e bisogno. Mi ha fatto sentire veramente a casa. Per quanto riguarda il quartiere è molto bello, centrale. Vicino alla fermata metro San Giovanni e ben collegato anche con bus e tram. Consiglio 👍🏻👍🏻

Salve BeB molto carino lo raccomando solo vado per fare la doccia mancava il shampoo è il sapone mi è stato risposto che non sapevano nulla che i precedenti clienti avevano rotto i dispensatore, ok. Fate atencióne in un hotel non può mancare le cose basilari, per le altre cose la ragazza credo la propietaria molto carina pero poteva rispondermi anche diversamente per questa volta sarà così, vedremo le prossime volte perché tornerò. Grazie.....

Camera tripla spaziosa, confortevole e decisamente particolare nell’’arredamento, pulita, con servizi igienici e cucina per colazione davvero impeccabili. Aggiungo titolare molto gentile, disponibile, attento e presente! Consiglio vivamente!
