My family and I had a great time staying the weekend at Premier Inn Romford. The staff were nice, pleasant, courteous and helpful. Our room was neat and the general service was satisfactory. And we enjoyed the breakfast. Based on my experience, I’d recommend!

Do not stay here unless you really need to. Wi-fi is terrible, everything is full of dust, you can hear every little noise from outside your room, floor make noise like in a horror movie.

This hotel couldn’t be better located being right in Market Place. The room was brilliantly clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant and bar was a great add-on and food here as expected for the premier inn experience

Great location, we gave our reg to the receptionist and paid half price for parking in the multi-storey car park next to the hotel.

Could do with a bit more attention to detail including that of a fitted bath panel, which, in our room was loose and wedged into place! For those guests with limited mobility, a lower bath, this one was far too high making it inaccessible for people with mobility issues. The TV remote control did not work either. Batteries? Why were all these issues not checked before guests arrived?

1) for a similar place in London city you would pay three times more, and you can reach Liverpool Street station from here in about 25 minutes 2) You can have a good and abundant breakfast. Children don't pay for it. 3) Rooms are comfortable

Stayed last October 2023. The location is good. Accessible to all you need. Resto, pharmacy, mall , train station are all nearby. Also the staff are excellent. They are very helpful. The bed and room are all clean. Few stains in the bathroom sink but not an issue.

The staff were good, the facilities were good, and the location suited. It is a good way out from central London but it is on the Elizabeth Line so it is easy to get places. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, takeaways and pubs around.

It was a wonderful experience to stay in this hotel. The staff made it all so wonderful, the rooms are decent, good enough to have a great rest and enjoy some TV and a nice bath. The breakfast was also good and cheap compared to the prices around. If you have business around this area,the hotel is absolutely perfect. Any problem that occurred was fixed immediately and we were even offered a free breakfast for a broken kettle. Highly recommended 🫶
