Good service.
However, I think they need remodeling.
Air-condition sound was little loud.

Staff was amazing. Bed was comfortable shower good and hot. It is a lil older but the room was really nice. They made you a lil breakfast tray each morning. I was late and they made me another one. Really pleasant staff.

The property is quite old and seems to be maintained at the bare minimum. It definitely needs a facelift and was not as super clean as advertised.

HVAC wall unit was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep. Internet was out due to storm which I can understand but should have been informed of this on check in. Cleck in staff very nice and made me feel safe after arrival late in dark after long day of travel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Riverside. Nice room overlooking the river, quiet and comfortable beds.

This property is easy to get to and convenient. The rooms were small but clean and were adequate for what we needed. The price was so inexpensive and it was actually a great value for what it is. Comfortable beds, decent shower water pressure and you can place an order the night before for breakfast the next morning. One downside is your room cleaning is on a 3 day rotation so we had to get extra towels from the office.

Needed to escape the ice storm so we headed south. Loved that they had a room that was pet friendly as we had to bring our black lab along with us.

friendly, helpful staff. good location with easy access to downtown business district.
nice upgrade of bathroom and very nice soaps towels.

The room was good and the staff was courteous and efficient.
We couldn't get the television remote to work for us and there was dried urine on the toilet bowl rim under the seat and behind the lid.
