Love love love the ******. Have spent alot of time at coushatta and
paragone. I play for points and thought wow I will win a skillet. Wow when I asked was told to win those things I would need to gamble every month for a year???? I live 6 hours away

Nice Hotel but expensive and had to move 3 times to different rooms because of ants and other insects.

The hotel was clean and looked like it have been recently remodeled.
We arrived after 5 hours on the road and wanted to catch a nap before we played in the ******. The check in counter had four people helping customers and I was the only one in line. It took a few minutes before someone looked up and asked if they could help me. The girl who was attempting to help get us registered was rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. She gave me an attitude because I had specifically asked for a handicap room and she told me, "you acquired your reservations through a third party and you should have asked them. But since you didn't, we don't have a room for you." It went downhill from there. She would not even look to see if they had one. I spoke to the manager in charge and he wasn't very helpful either, suggesting it would have been better if I had booked the room through them. People here don't make you feel welcomed. Too bad because the ****** was nice and clean even though the drinks were $10 for a shot of whatever. Will not go back there again!

I greatly enjoyed it. I appreciated that they accommodated me with my request. My sister needed special accommodations.
Loved the entertainment that was appearing there.

I DIDN'T LIKE THE YOUNG MAN THAT WAS CHECKING ME INN WAS VERY RUDE. NOT FRIENDLY OR COURTESY AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE.

It was a good stay. Although checking in lady was rude and 4 o'clock check in was a big deal because no rooms available even though I had reservations for like 3 months

Bathroom sink drains very very slow no hot water in shower not a good thing in cold morning no microwave WHY??? For $$$$ hotel it should have one.clean room and comfortable
