very pleasant staff,well-equipped apar**ent,good location near the sea and parking in the garage.there are cafes and restaurants nearby/.I can recommend it. by the pool is designated area for guests with dogs.

In Residence Sabbia & Mare we spent family vacation in July 2022. We loved everything in our stay! The apar**ent is comfortable, very close to the beach with ocean view and own pool. There are many restaurants nearby and places for kids. Fully satisfied.

Everything perfect, very polite staff, modern and techologic apar**ents good entratainment for children. The best residence in Rosolina, i would only suggest to add some more carousel in the park. Surely we'll return for other holidays

All was arranged very well. Staff was friendly, helpfull and everything around the complex was clean. The pool and airconditioning was excellent, we needed to cool down frequently since it was around 35 degrees Celsius each day.

Perfect family stay - swimming pool and beach perfect are for famielies. Beach is 200 m from the apar**ent, only you have to pay every day for beach umbrella. Venice is just 40 min by car, so you have to do the trip.

Non vediamo l'ora di soggiornare!!! Abbiamo contattato la struttura mentre eravamo in zona per poter vedere gli appartamenti e poter prenotare per l'estate. Siamo stati accolti in maniera molto gentile e cordiale, abbiamo visto 5 appartamenti e scelto l'appartamento perfetto per le nostre vacanze a giugno. Che dire, siamo felici ed estasiati e non vediamo l'ora di iniziare la nostra vacanza!!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal sehr freundlich . Die Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet.Das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Die Liegen am Pool sind kostenfrei und jeder bekommt einen Platz. Das Auto kann man sicher in der Tiefgarage parken.

Wir waren das erste mal in dieser Region im Urlaub. Wir fanden im Sabia e Mare eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit zuvorkommendem Personal mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen vor. Das abgeschlossene Gelände mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz , die Nähe zum Strand die Ruhe in den Nächten sowie die gut klimatisierten Appartements ausgestattet mit allem was nötig ist sowie Spül und Waschmaschine , erlauben einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Sono stato qui dal 4 di settembre fino al 10 di settembre con la mia famiglia… devo ammettere che non sono mai stato in un residence così bello e accogliente: lo staff era formidabile ma il residence, la pulizia sono il top! Lo consiglio vivamente e ovviamente ci tornerò.
