The staff are very friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and very spacious, the view was fantastic ,check in was easy and we needed a late checkout which was not a problem,we stayed in apartment 177 ,28may /1june we had a great time and would definitely stay again

Had a pretty positive experience. Apartments were large and exactly what was described online. No housekeeping during the 4 days but could get fresh towels etc from reception. Had 4 rooms for 10 hens. Shower completely flooded bathroom when out full but okay with pressure down. Plenty of room to have pre drinks and games in room for all 10 of us. Beds and sofa comfortable enough. Fridge with freezer drawer (ice is a must!). Pool area large and comfortable loungers. Could I pick fault in the apartments absolutely. But for what we wanted and the price paid they exceeded our expectations. Would I return… maybe not unless in a group booking but would absolutely recommend if that is what you are looking for.

Basic hotel, its perfect for just showering and sleeping in, nothing much else, the pool is freezing much better walking down the beach the water is warmer, I have stayed here 5 times in past 4 years, its so cheap on love holidays for package holiday that I don't mind paying 250 for a week. Best thing about this is the location Everything is right on the doorstep.

Abel was so accommodating along with the rest of the staff, the room was clean enough and hotel is in a great location. Loads of food places and bars around it and right next to the beach. Overall a great stay in Santa ponsa and would recommend it for a girls trip.

Me and my friends recently stayed in this hotel and we are not usually fussy about where we’re staying understand that you get what you pay for however some things were ridiculous. We were given no clean towels or toilet roll until our very last day (day 6) even after asking reception for these and for an extra pillow. We were ignored and left to wait up to an hour to be told they will just send someone up which never happened. We also witnessed staff slapping someone across the face after bringing a bottle of beer to the pool which was purchased out of THEIR shop. No aggression was coming from this young man, he left the pool area then came back after I assume drinking his beer elsewhere and he was slapped multiple times by security and also by the woman behind the bar. We spoke up and asked them please to stop as it was not nice to see and were gestured to leave aswell. To think it’s ok to slap around a young boy just because they can is a disgrace. They don’t sell food but don’t allow you to bring anything in or eat snacks that again are purchased from their shop. They have tables up near the bar but still not allowed any food. I wouldn’t recommend.

The receptionists probably the biggest numpties on the planet bully younger groups too. They ask for 200 euros if they feel like it depending on your age I’d assume this is to keep it at the end of the stay. I didn’t give them any money nor my passport id recommend everyone to do the same in fact book somewhere else.
