Eisenhut Hotel

羅滕堡這個酒店分配給我們的房間差不多相當於這個酒店的最好位置了吧，在酒店這些房間中處於最高的位置，落地大窗，視野開闊，近處有老房子，遠處又面向起伏錯落的田園，房間非常大，衞生間也特別大，從衞生間看，設施可能有點老，巨大的浴缸甚至讓我想起在國內一些小地方里麪套房的設計，但是窗外的無敵風景分明顯示着異域的情致。酒店是個老建築，得上百年了，鑰匙都是老物件，沉甸甸的，古樸，特別有味道，然後樓下的酒吧餐廳也錯落有致，但是我們去的淡季吧，沒什麼人。這個酒店的位置也是無敵了，就在市政廳登高遠望的那個塔的下面，市政廳廣場旁邊，挨着頗為值得一逛的聖誕禮物商店，什麼餐廳啥的周邊都有，簡直不能再好的位置。就是沒有停車場，可以上下行李，但是停車要停到附近可以停車的地方，機器繳費，我去的時候人不多車不多，也很方便。非常好的體驗，值得滿分。

歴史を感じさせる重厚な雰囲気は良いのだが、部屋の鍵が独特で、開け方、閉め方のコツがなかなかつかめなかった。

Wonderful dining experience on March 29, 2024 with friends. From being greeted at the door by friendly Armin, to professional and friendly service and delicious food, all in a classy a**osphere. Very good all around and highly recommended. We will be back!

We booked a superior room with valley view. It was in the main building and was spacious (especially the bathroom) and clean. We also had a lovely balcony which we spent a couple of afternoons sitting out on (even if it was December). What really made our stay was to discover our room had been stayed in previously by Winston Churchill. It was a lovely surprise.

This hotel is in an outstanding location in the heart of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. We stayed when the Chris**as markets were on so it was very busy but the staff were still friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the interior of the hotel appears to have been recently renovated. Would highly recommend.

The photos are NOT what the Standard Double rooms we were given. We were extremely disappointed as the photos showed a very nice hotel and we looked forward to it. We were given room at the Eisenhut building across from the main hotel, clearly a lower tier accommodation. The pictures speak for themselves. Great location, but know 4 Herngasse rooms for their other rooms across from the main hotel are not what is pictured on their website. Very disappointed with the misrepresentation.

Stayed in Hotel Eisenhut one night during the Chris**as Market. This was our third stay in Rothenburg and never have we stayed in a hotel that was so nasty and the staff so rude. When entering the lobby, there was a moderate smell of septic or sewage but it did not extend to the upper floors. Our room was a "standard", small but with a bed, a chair, table with TV, two nightstands, and a small window. The furniture was exactly as depicted in the photos but looks are deceiving. Furniture looked like it was from IKEA or Walmart and not well made. When we went into the bathroom, we were stunned that it was so outdated and old, and there was NO shower! The tiled walls, the flooring, sink/toilet, and the tub were all different colors and were pretty nasty. The toilet and sinks especially had cracks throughout and were stained badly. We immediately went down to the desk to ask for a room change as we needed a shower (my husband had surgery recently and is unable to take a bath). The desk staff immediately became very rude and we were told there were none available. They said that hotels over 500 years old do not have showers (not true, we've stayed in many that old with showers). When we asked if we could get a refund, they said no. We asked to speak to a manager and she was no help at all. We could not get a room with a shower as there are only five in the building and we could not get a refund for the room so we could go elsewhere. This is our third stay in Rothenburg and the other two hotels were also over 500 years old but they had updated their bathrooms and they were lovely! There are so many options for stays in Rothenburg, the Eisenhut is not a good one! Neither the Eisenhut website nor their brochure showed photos of their bathrooms. Check out the websites thoroughly before booking and when they don't show photos of the bathrooms, there is a reason!

The hotel has a special localization, from there you can easily get to the important places to visit in the city. The bedroom is warm, clean, modern, confortable, and well decorated.The service is impeccably good, we had the opportunity to have dinner at the restaurant and we enjoyed a lot the food and the a**osphere of the ambient. The breakfast is full of delicious options. I do rally recommend Eisenhut hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location in Rothenberg! Very close to everything. Our room was very large and comfortable. The hotel staff super friendly! Their restaurant was suberb! The food was artfully prepared and delicious. A very nice break from traditional German fair. I highly recommend it.
