Hotel is undergoing a full renovation. This is something that people should be aware before the booking. Bad mattress, clogged bath tub, reception and breakfast area look like a storage room with furniture piled up, no flooring in hallways , just a few things to point out

It would have nice to know that the hotel was under construction. The smell of chemicals and paint were overwhelming. We all had headaches walking thru the lower level.

The instructions to get to our room was easy to understand but once there hard to find room. Luckily there was a nice check in woman to help us at the reception desk. Great big and cleanest room we have ever stayed at!

The place is partially under construction. The water park is closed and walled off. The "pool" is actually the former landing area for a broken water slide. Missing carpet in many places, open holes in the walls, the "Bar" is actually a bare 2x4 framed in area that looks like it has been like that for years. The reception area is just a hole cut in a wall. The breakfast was basically non-existent unless you like cereal and brown bananas. The staff was friendly but very embarrassed about the state of things. The room was clean but the hallways were not. Just close and finish the remodel, jeesh. You should be embarrassed to be open in this state.

Everyone was polite very clean you can tell its open during remodeling hopefully next year when we stay it will be all done nice large room

We got the message AFTER booking that there are renovations, but the place should have just been shut down. So much renovation that we were walking on scraped up floors (no flooring) all drywall only in the whole lobby and dust everywhere. There was 1 person for most of the time to take care of all issues and then the front desk. The rooms were spacious but sheets were dirty (found potato chips and crumbs), paint peeling in large flakes in the tub (so my toddler could not bathe), tub had rust inside and out, TV was not functioning so the one person working front desk had to replace the cable box (who does a cable box anymore?) and she was just taking a shot in the dark to fix it, and then a few rooms down the whole family had to move because there was a leak that flooded them out into the hallway. It really should've been shutdown until renovations or majority of renovations were done. I imagine that it could be a really fun place once renovations are complete.

The room is outdated. The room appears spacious because of the high ceiling.The tub had rust stains, shower head has calcium buildup, and sink was slow draining. The walls seems very thin and I can hear people talking and walking in the hallway in the middle of the night. Breakfast was included but there was only cereal, yogurt, and fruits. For the price, I expected more for breakfast and the room to be better.

The property is under construction but is still very clean. The weight room is amazing! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and is cold cereal and bread products as well as yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Looks like it will be great when construction is complete!

Not great. Construnction was annoying. Amenities were nothing. Room was ok, not worth the price paid. Won’t be back
