This is an absolute gem of an accommodation in a monastery situated in the hills outside of Brescia, close to Lake Iseo in the Franciacorta wine region. The monastery dates from the late 15th century (though some parts are even older) but it was completely refurbished in the past decade. The last remaining monk now lives in a house next door. The view from this location is second to none. On a clear day you can see both the Alps and the Appennines. Because the renovation of the monastery was so recent, the rooms are beautiful with all modern conveniences. A buffet breakfast is served each morning. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The peace and quiet on top of the hill and yet having all major attractions of the region only a short drive away makes this a perfect place to stay. I couldn't give a better review.

Fully recommended. Over all excellent stay, thanks to Fabiana and Davide, and their 5 star hospitality.
Room was in immaculate condition, good size, proper AC and beautiful.
Breakfast was out if this world.
Hotel was a convent, and maintains its originality mixed with modern.
Dont have enough words to describe Fabiana's hospitality and proactivity.

Um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden: das ist kein richtiger Hotelbetrieb, sondern ein Kloster, worin einige Räume für Übernachtung mit Frühstück oder für Konferenzen bzw. Feiern aller Art hergerichtet wurden. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, tolle Betten und stylisches Bad mit allem Komfort! Der Blick vom „Balkon“ ist nicht zu übertreffen! Hier 1-2 Nächte zu verbringen ist so außergewöhnlich und schwer zu beschreiben! Schade, dass der Garten gar nicht gepflegt wird, er würde das Bild noch vervollkommnen. Anfahrt: einspurig! Parken: auf der kleinen Piazza, Eingang: die Rampe runter, links.

Il silenzio, la pace e l'accoglienza di David e dei suoi collaboratori, insieme ad una struttura fantastica e ricca di storia, ti permettono di soggiornare facendo un'esperienza unica ed indimenticabile 🙏😊 Se David vi racconta la storia del luogo e vi fa assaggiare la SS Annunciata di Bellavista ... allora sei al 🔝

Posto meraviglioso…accoglienza impeccabile!!! Colazione top!!! Unico neo…che potrebbe portare all’eccellenza è la comodità del materasso che potrebbe essere migliorata!!

Meraviglioso adattamento di un convento rinascimentale alle esigenze dell'hotellerie. Le parti comuni sono ottimamente preservate con scorci e prospettive deliziose. Le camere si aprono sul loggiato monumentale e sono le vecchie celle dei frati trasformate in camere funzionali e confortevoli. La prima colazione è abbondante e curatissima, con tanti tocchi di classe di alta qualità dai mieli di Thun ai the di Damman. Ottimo anche lo Chardonnay di Bellavista coltivato e prodotto in loco. Accoglienza personalizzata e attenta senza essere intrusiva. Sicuramente ritorneremo
