We had a great safari, it was excellent. Thanks to our driver Tarimo we saw a lot of animals, buffelo, lion, hyena, giraffe, elephants. It was so exciting, we had the day of our live. We learned a lot about the animals how they live etc. We had a great lunch!

We had a beautifull safari, thanks to our driver and guide Tarimo. He did so mocht for us to see the animals en explained a lot. It was beautyful. Thank you Tarimo, we had the day of our live thanks to you! Kind regards Marcel en Marleen from Holland

We had a great safari !! What a experience !!! And what a driver the best driver Tarimo !! We saw so many animals many nice offroad ways , it was a perfect day it was super Tarimo knows he’s ways as the best it was nice Greetz from the netherlands Quincy and Marion

Mison was very knowledgeable and kind with all information regarding the animals. He was translating in French and English. We had many opportunities to take pictures and got very close to all the animals. Very nice experience! Thank you very much

As frequent travelers, we have already visited many places around the world. This was by far the best! Why? The professionalism and warmth of the people at the lodge and on safari are worth more than 5 out of 5 stars! Many thanks especially to Dennis (our safari guide), Hermann, Kenneth and all the others who made our stay in Selous a very special experience. We will miss you and will definitely come back again! If you want a real experience - do it! Even thought the accommodation are basic and you have guest as of lizards in the house it is beautiful. Staff is very friendly, food is good! If you get the chance try the different beers they offer in the bar - bring cash!

the camp is traditional but good. the staff is very friendly. the safaris were very interesting despite the bad weather. we saw all the big four that are represented here in the park

Pros: - the friendly staff - the guides/drivers and the game drives - the boat trip on the river Cons: - the ridiculous early start in Zanibar at silly o'clock - the rain - the food - the accommodation - the unusable pool - the "roads" - game drives too long - getting stuck in the 4x4 three times! - the insects in the room. One was the size of a rat and a cross between a flying cockroach and something out of a sci-fi movie

Organisation was great. Safaris were great fun and guides are knowledgeable. We saw lions elephants giraffes buffalo… the list goes on !! The huts are spacious and comfortable beds. Hot water in bathrooms. Food is good although choice is limited… but you are in the bush !!! Escorted by Messai after dark makes you feel very safe. It’s not 5* hotel but obviously that’s not possible in the bush & that’s not what you go for ! Really recommend
