房間裏面大理石裝修蠻好的
沐浴露是姜花植物天然的，香味不錯
酒店的shuttle 半小時一班，但是叫醒服務登記了卻沒有通知我。

這裡是我在巴黎住過最差的酒店，入住酒店每層樓都在裝修，很大的味道，酒店走道都不開燈的，很黑暗。雖然離奧利機場有免費BUS，但我再也不會住這樣的酒店，前台黑人對中國人很不友好，酒店床上有頭髮，廁所有污漬。酒店房間很差，很差很差的酒店。

The room was filthy, carpets were dirty and stained , no one answered the reception call from the room, the bathroom did not have hand soaps and it looked moldy. Overall, not a place to be in unless you have no other choice or it is a life and death situation.

Free shuttle was supplied but full explanation not give that this is a city bus took longer than expected.Almost late for boarding

Although the lobby and restaurant areas were very pleasant and clean the hallways to rooms and the rooms had a very musty odor. The rugs in our rooms were dirty and stained. Also, none of the beds had a cover sheet on them and when asked to please give us one they refused at first, only when we stated that we were going to give them a negative review did they concede.

This is by far the worst hotel I have been to. And I have been to a few.
This is an airport hotel, we stayed there as we needed to stay close to a friend’s house. Big mistake.
Not sure how it is rated four stars and has good internet reviews.
Staff are not helpful, rooms are dated and cleanliness is a major issue.
Breakdown of poor experience:
We were greeted by a gentleman at the front desk who checked us in. When asked if somebody can help us with the luggage, we were told that we will have to wait as there is nobody else to man the desk!!!
We were offered a room that had swarms of ants. When we complained, we were offered a different room. Both rooms had old dated furniture, dusty vents and smell badly.
After our first night, nobody cleaned the room until we asked the hotel to do so ( despite having a sign on the door).
All in all our holiday was scarred by this poor Hotel.

Clean hotel for a one night stay. The hotel is starting to get old and it is begining to show. Shuttles to/from the airport were very nicely organzed.
