This is not a good hotel - the owners are clearly trying to improve things but it was a building site and didn't smell great - our door didn't close properly and we were kept awake by with lots going on on the upper level

Waited over 15 minutes in an empty dirty lobby before anyone even showed up. When they finally did I asked to see a room. It was dirty and smelled bad. The first floor was under construction. No elevator. I never officially checked in but they charged me $100.87. I asked ******* for a refund and they said it was up to hotel management. The “management” refused to give me one. Next door was the closed multi floor hotel that was all vandalized and boarded up. Don’t stay here unless your only other choice is underneath the overpass.

The rooms have recently been remodeled. The sheets were clean and the room was clean and the staff was welcoming and professional.

don’t pass this place up. Under total renovation, rooms are excellent and very clean throughout hotel. Smoker friendly and very quiet area. Close to philly 7 miles. Staff is fantastic and very helpful. Do pass this place up!!!!! Very fair pricing.

Hotel was extremely dated and dirty. Bathroom has lots of mold. The worst part were the sheets on the bed, yellow stains and fresh blood on the bed skirt. The worst we have EVER stayed at. Never again.

This hotel is really rough, smells like smoke throughout, dirty and poorly cared for. Dirty sheets, and broken shower curtain rod. Some girl was killed here previously, not surprised this location had that happen.

The door jambs were broken both on the main room door and the door that connects to the next room. Very clearly had been broken into before and not repaired. Didn’t expect a 5 star resort, but expected reasonable sense of safety for that price point. Do not recommend staying at this hotel when there are far better in the area.

The hotel was in disrepair and not clean. We requested a non-smoking room and could still smell cigarette smoke. Our room also had a very musty smell. The shower door did not shut all of the way. The smoke alarm was disconnected and hanging down from the ceiling. The floor was bowed, and we tripped on it more than once. We were not aware there was no elevator and had to take the stairs to our room. The window at the top of the stairs was open, presumably to get rid of the smoke smell. Breakfast was a huge disappointment - they had stale cereal, coffee (only regular- no decaf) and some cinnamon raisin bread. The worker at the desk lit a cigarette and was smoking in the lobby before she went outside.

The hotel was located in a great area, It was certainly older, but clean. The breakfast was very small, and short on options, Bagels and cream cheese would be anice addition. All of the staff were wonderful.
