Bluesea Gran Playa

I cannot recommend this Hotel enough, clean modern hotel with outstanding rooms (and probably the best shower I've ever had) Obviously Mallorca can have changeable weather in April (I think we saw it all in our 5 day stay) but along with all the staff being extremely attentive the hotel entertainers/ animators went above and beyond to not only bring people from the U.K together but also to integrate the rest of the world, enabling myself and my partner to form friendships that will last a lifetime. Don't be put off by any negative comments regarding food (you're in Spain and you're not going to get an Full English Breakfast etc‍♂️) What you will get is a range of food where you will always find something to eat and if that's still not to your liking you will find lots of cheap local restaurants/bars that serve English food. Hotel is clean and tidy, food, drink and entertainment average. Wasn’t a fan of drinking out a plastic cup all week either. Location and beach is fantastic with good transport links along the coast in both directions. I think a week would be more then enough at this hotel

Rooms spotless, beds comfortable, maybe need extra blanket. Food , would say the best we have had in all inclusive. Plenty of choice, served hot. Found the hotel cold, as we hit bad weather. Could have done with heatinng. Bar/entertainment open to outside as only the one bar. Staff excellent, entertainment staff, very proffesional manner to keep you entertained, good connection with holiday makers. Enjoyable stay. Would return.

Got home from here yesterday and were already looking at booking again in October. We saw all weather's whilst we were there, but what do you expect in April? Lauren the receptionist was extremely helpful and very friendly! My bedding had not been left in my pull out bed as it was supposed to have been and he couldn't have been anymore attentive and sorted this issue immediately, he even offered to change our room and move us to which I declined as it wasn't that deep. The hotel itself was gleaming, it was so clean and tidy. All the staff were very friendly, especially the entertainment staff Dama & Daniel. Dama was such a nice & friendly lady. Daniel was very entertaining, involving all the guests in the entertainment. The rooms were very nice, the shower was unreal!!! The food is the only 'negative' thing I can say and I wouldn't really call it negative if I'm looking at going back in October. It was all fresh food, and what I had was very nice, however it was very repetitive. I never starved that's for sure haha. Very close to the beach. Please be aware that for the all inclusive drinks, you have to pay 1 euro for your cup, which you get back when you're finished with it. Definitely recommend.

Rooms excellent, staff excellent good choice of food and drinks. My only problems are..1 the small fridge in the room is never cold and coffee is only available in the dining room at breakfast time .. otherwise brilliant..ove been 5 times in 4 yrs and I've already booked for next October

Apartments are very tried need updating in very poor condition bathroom in unclean …no Wi-Fi asked 3 times no one came to sort it out asked to be moved to hotel but stay it is full …I would recommend any one thinking of booking to make sure there not in the apartments 😔

Terrible hotel - €1 for the hire of a plastic cup for a drink - no money no cup it was a joke. If you want butter only have out at breakfast don’t put it out for lunch or dinner asked for it but told only breakfast . Can’t have a basic cocktail at the bar unless you pay for it. The hotel is not 100% clean either - safe you have to hire. Food is awful 😣 one day it was pro in gravy which was bones no meat - would never go back to this hotel again and would recommend everyone not to go there

The staff are friendly and the entertainment team . The food AI let’s the hotel down and the snack bar was bread cheese and fruit ,you pay one euro deposit for a plastic beaker for drinks and all I could taste was the plastic I wouldn’t go back to this hotel so I wouldn’t recommend it

Hotel is in a great location, short walk from the main shops and beach however we walked into Cala Millor each night as there is a lot more there to do, got a taxi the first night to get bearings but walked the rest the nicest walk into Cala millor is down the pathway beside the kingsman pub walk straight down as far as you can go, turn left-then right walk down until you reach the mini roundabout and you will be in Cala millor centre. Back to the hotel, staff are friendly and work hard, room is cleaned everyday and towels changed if you would like them changed over. On our booking and on check in it was advised as all inclusive there would be snacks available at the bar… what snacks we have 0 idea as we had to pay for every snack we had, there is no menu etc to advise what you could have, the same with cocktails paid for each one there was no list to what we could have got with AI for this either, the real let down for this hotel is the food! We were here for one week and had the same item on the menu for dinner twice, after the first night we would go into the restaurant to see what was available (not a lot) but we’re hoping there would be something we could try however each night we had to eat out! Speaking to other guests some said they could find one thing they liked at dinner but others were like us and had to eat out. The variety is very poor and the quality is also poor lukewarm at best, now to add to this for any families looking to book, there were family’s here who we spoke with and they were not happy either as there was no choice for kids, dinner started at 7:30pm which for small children is a little bit late! Out of the 7 nights we stayed they had on one day chicken nuggets at lunch and dinner the rest of the stay there was no children’s selection. Breakfast is your standard AI and I’m sure everyone can find something, lunch is the same as dinners very little selection of low quality lukewarm food you could have a roll on chips to keep you going like we did each day. The entertainment team work hard but again centred mainly around adults this may be different in the summer months as we were here in April. There is self catering apartments across from the hotel which I think are linked to the hotel if we were to go back this would be the option we would go for as we didn’t get the use of AI. Not to be fully negative this hotel is nicely situated with access to the other towns a 20min walk or you can get a bus if you preferred but also right beside the main shops in sa coma, staff are lovely and hard working, clean hotel, always got a Sunbed if you are down sharp, separate pool for adults only, the only let down is the food.
