Well what a beautiful laid back hotel friendly staff from time we arrived in reception was given ground floor as had difficulty With steps due to bad knees doors opened onto pool bit dated but perfectly clean through out the hotel staff always cleaning pool early mornings and jet washing to maid in most days to restaurant staff all worked hard food great best I've seen in 3 star but would liked see mushrooms on breakfast somedays great times for restaurant so didn't have to get up to early for breakfast made difference only think that was not great was snack bar could do with bit of upgrade just bread ham leftover cake from lunch n fruit at the bar Carlos was great friendly But would benefit With a sign up to say what drinks are available on allinclusive would be great idea so people would know what's available but we stuck to normal vodka n coke n gin n lemon cos was not quite sure what else there was available cocktail great loved slush machine smile from most staff friendly always greeted you entertainment team great in day didnt see much in evening due to it not being great seating on outdoor amphitheatre can't sit on hard concrete with back condition so sat in bar area Nothing was to much trouble booked excursion and taxis from reception bus to beach awsome had amazing time will definitely return to hsm torre banca we had a blast thankyou for all your hard work it shows we will return until then love n best wishes gracias Yvonne and Kevin Cox

We are just back from a week’s stay at this lovely hotel and enjoyed every moment - even though the weather was very variable. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, which was clean and spacious. There is a small cooking area and good size fridge. Great for making tea or coffee if you fancy one early in the morning. When you check in, you are given a plastic tumbler for your drinks throughout your stay. This is a brilliant idea, but you need to remember to keep them with you. If you do forget and leave them in your apartment, small paper cups are provided. I preferred to just run back and get them!! The apartments are set in a small complex surrounded by orange trees and cactus plants and the area is kept exceptionally clean. The staff cannot do enough for you and ‘Juani’ on reception ensured that our room was ground floor and close to amenities as we were travelling with my 89 year old mum who needs a wheelchair to get around. Thank you Juani!! Swimming pool is lovely with plenty of sunbeds. The drinks at the bar are good. The wine is ‘Don Simon’ and the beer is Estrella. They have every drink imaginable (local make, but good quality) The food is really good and there is something for everyone. The selection is huge. The desserts are exceptionally good and the frozen yoghurt which you help yourself to from a machine is yummy. The breakfast choice is enormous and you are really spoilt for choice. They do both continental and hot. There is entertainment every night at the open air amphitheater and the bar is open until midnight. This hotel is very family orientated and the children are quite young. The animation team do a brilliant job at keeping them entertained. There are also lots of games for adults to participate in. I would definitely return to this wonderful, friendly hotel where the staff are helpful, polite and friendly. Shout out to Carlos, Adrian and Martin at the bar. Irvin, Angie and Rocky, who kept us entertained and of course Juani and Toni on reception. We will be back!!!

Excellent value for money. Almost everything about the place exceeded out expectations. All the staff were friendly and seemed happy in their work. The food was great, so many options at every meal, catering for all European visitors. The drink options were very good. The ‘animation’ team were great. For us the evening entertainment wasn’t great but mainly aimed at children, the flamenco show on the Friday was very good though. The apartments were a little dated inside but were very clean and comfortable, the mattresses were so comfortable. The whole complex was kept really clean and tidy. It was a 15 minute walk to the lovely beach or there was a shuttle minibus which ran at certain times. There is a large Carrefour supermarket 5 minutes walk away. We paid a little more for a pool view room which we’re glad we did because part of the complex was across a residential road at the back (it was a cul de sac so no real traffic to worry about), we parked our hire car there. Overall we were really happy with our stay and can highly recommend for a relaxing all inclusive 3* break.

Just back from a fabulous week away at club torre blanca , apartments were nice and big with very comfy beds , doesn't have a kettle but has a fridge and a hob which is sometimes unusual for an all inclusive apartment . Free Aircon and Free WiFi in apt and outside which was very good. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sunbeds and was never any rush to get one, The Animacion team worked tirelessly every day especially Rocky with plenty of activities if you wanted to do them and shows at night . The pool bar opens at 10.30am till midnight and plenty of drinks Inc Estrella on tap which was lovely . You get a plastic glass on check in and use that every time you go for a drink but can get a clean one as many times as you like . Food was always plentiful and had many choices for each meal for meat eaters but the wife is a pretty strict vegetarian so had limited choices but always had plenty of salad and veg and the chef always told her what she could or couldn't have which made life easier . Overall its a fantastic place and definitely will be back again

clean hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds very good food, great service, very nice and helpful staff ,interesting animations, interesting evening entertainment(Rocky is the best) We will definitely go back there

We stayed here as a family of 6 for 10 days in August. Our room was a family one and I felt that the location at the very back of the complex was a bit of a pain with young children. The room was ok, a bit small and due to the location didn't get any sun so nothing would dry on the balcony! The bathroom was tiny and neber really got cleaned properly. If we went again I'd request a pool view room as they seemed a lot better. The food was much better than expected with a huge selection at every mealtime. The all inclusive drinks are good, we especially like the wine taps in the restaurant serving rośe, white and red to just help yourself to. What made the holiday was the entertainment team, they are world class and the show's they put on are amazing. Rocky is fabulous, as are all the hard working animation team. My youngest loved the mini disco each night at 8pm. We had some bad weather during our stay and the team kept everyone entertained with bingo and games for the children. We felt the bar area lacked any kind of atmosphere, more of a hatch in the wall! If they could have played some music, added some lights and more comfortable chairs it would make the area a lot better. The hotel seems to focus more on the evening entertainment in the theatre, rather than the bar area. We would also like to have seen a Majorcan night, maybe a BBQ and sonething round the pool rather than just the canteen style restaurant. All in all we had a nice holiday, we made some great friends with all nationalities and we would probably return, maybe just for a week though as it can become a little repetitive. Just to add, the hotel is in a great location with a 10 minute walk to the amazing beach!

We really had a lot of fun here. Big clean apartments, nice and friendly staff. Good food. They really have an awesome animation team for kids as well as adults. Worth it for families especially with kids!!

Excellent holiday! Sience the moment we arrived,everyone on the reception was really nice and polite. Clean rooms,huge choice of food,fantastic entertaining for kids.Lovely,friendly and helpful staff.Well organised family holiday! I would definitelly comeback🥰

After reading some mixed reviews on this hotel i was quite surprised at how good this hotel actually was. We had booked a one bed apartment which was set behind the main complex at our request for a quiet area away from pool and bars etc . The apartment was good size beds really comfortable with air con that worked very well,there was a small kitchenette with fridge electric and and some kitchen utensils we were all inclusive so was not an issue although there is no kettle which i no Brits always complain about we took our own little kettle but there was a pan you could boil water on the hob if you really wanted too. The room was plenty good enough for what we needed but you cant please everyone but we would not hesitate to return in the future. Now lets talk food and drink in the 5 days we were there never had to que at the bar and the quality of drinks was really good we like Gin and it was a good brand and the measures were generous the bar staff were great Martin i named him Mr Okey Dokey was very friendly a great asset to the complex . One little tip for the Brits please try learn a little Spanish even if its just please, thank you , hello ,goodbye or one beer please it really does make a difference and the staff do appreciate it. The all inclusive was great value and the food was varied, plentiful and good quality some Brits review say they cater for Germans i agree there was many Germans there but the food is not directed at any nationality they do there best to cater for all taste but Brits are never happy i some times wonder why they go abroad in the first place . As a Brit myself i didnt have any issues with the food at all in fact i probably ate far too much it was really that good and im being totally honest we would definately consider another holiday here many thanks to all the staff we had a really good experience
