Good: Friendly welcoming staff. Very clean room. Cozy. Good hot shower. Location within numerous good restaurants.
Breakfast + : nice waffles, yogurt, bananas, muffins, orange juice.
Not good: swimming pool was not operational, very sad! (and it was not mentioned on booking platforms).
Breakfast - : cold eggs, terrible sausage, no vegetables, other kinds of juice than orange.
If the swimming pool worked and breakfast didn't have those negative things I mentioned, the place would've been perfect.

We didn't appreciate that ******* didn't let us know the hotel was going through construction - whole ground floor being redone--- walk through dusty construction area to get breakfast---- no seating, etc. (hotel said it was *******'s responsibility to share that information)

Great hotel in the heart of eveything. The staff was all very friendly. Breakfast was hot and offered a nice variety. Room was very clean. The only negative was its old and needs some work. Its currently under renovation though so I'm sure it will be great once its done! Will stay again!

It was very quiet, even though they were renovating. Great location. Just a heads up, they don’t have USB ports for charging in the room , I had to buy a plug-in charger. They don’t have a jacuzzi only a pool. Breakfast was good. Staff was great.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. I like the surrounding area, it’s close to the highway and also close to stores and restaurants.

Our room was huge which was great. we had two rooms. unfortunately one room hadxa water issue and cleanliness issue.
Breakfast was ok. nothing to rave about.

The property was ok despite the ongoing renovations. Toilet took literally 30 min to refill after a flush. Complained twice but was never resolved.

Problems: keys didn’t work, turned out the batteries were dead in the door entry unit; blow dryer didn’t work. Staff was great. Happy with everything else.

Great experience. Breakfast was pretty good. Pool had locked access so not anyone could just come strolling in. Coffee bar and hot chocolate was a plus. It had flavor options for coffee which I usually never see at a hotel. Very clean. Great stay. The young lady at the service desk was also very polite and welcoming. I would return to this location.
