The room was quiet. The "breakfast" was not as pictured but more a continental with toast and cereal. Housekeeping was very respectful and accommodating.

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in, very filthy and run down. I booked quickly(never again, usually i am one to look at reviews and other information) bc we decided to go to St Augustine a night early and the airbnb we rented was not available early so we booked for one night coming in late and check out the next morning. I slept very little as I feared sleeping with my family in this room, there was rust all over shower heads, door knobs, dust all over bed skirt and around headboard. Floors had dirt all over them we didn't walk on them without our shoes. We didn't even use TV or shower literally stayed long enough for daylight the next day and left and went to the beach until we could check into our Airbnb. People were sitting out side of doors in lawn chairs when we were getting into our room which made it very scary when it is almost midnight, if it hadn't been so late i would have left!

Staff was super helpful and friendly. I booked this last minute because of unforeseen circumstances on our trip back to Michigan from Disney and couldn’t have picked a better place!! Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area in the future!!

Rooms were not cleaned well upon arrival and not stocked with any towels or supplies. Bedding wasn’t the cleanest and staff smoked while doing laundry every morning. Pool was dirty and also not stocked with any towels.

Hotel is a convenient stay for our purposes but is older and needs a bit of TLC. Overall safe and cool for short stay.

It was meh. I stayed in two different rooms, one for my boys one for my hubby and I. The internet was a joke. The only way to get internet was outside the room which is nonsense. The guy from the front desk try to fix it turning the router off and on and it only lasted 2 minutes, after that no internet. The room where my husband and I stayed had this horrible strong urine smell that wont let me sleep. I let the front desk know they asked if I want to change room but that was an inconvenient for me so I ask to just be cleaned throughly. I think they only sprayed the room or something like that because the smell was still there. I don't think I will stay here again. It was not bad but definitely not the best.

Just across the street is a park with beach access. Shopping is half a mile away.
The property is older and it shows. Room was clean, breakfast was ok.

The hotel was fine and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and inviting. The hotel is located on the beach road so there was a lot of traffic as it was bike week in St. Augustine Beach. When we checked in the room was clean and ready for us.
Very noisy at night because of bike week but the noise stopped around 10pm. We did have a housekeeping issue n that the room was not cleaned our attended to 4 of our 5 days/nights. No fresh towels, no change of sheets, no “refresh” and we let the front desk know twice. The room was finally cleaned, new towels place and bed linens changed in time for our last night so at least 2 days we were very happy with our room.
Despite the problems, we would stay there again because of the price, the location (close to beach, close to downtown and close to our family. They just need to be more attentive to issues. I don’t recall the Saturday night manager’s name but he and the day manager Kate get our 👍 for their help.
