I understood that this was a budget option but this was next level. The room smelt of smoke, taps were broken, no remote for the aircon and instead of turn down service we got a note saying they couldn't clean the room because we had personal items in the room, we had our clothes in the room on our bags. The bed was nice though

It was really great walking inside our room with air-conditioning already on room was nice and cool . Overall the staff was helpful and friendly and very clean

Did not like sharing the room with cockroaches. Had to ask for the room to be serviced, twice. TV was poor reception could not watch TV. Air conditioner was not working properly.

The day we checked in was a 45 degree day.....so when we got the to room .....they had the aircon already going .....so the room was cool as a cucumber!! 👍.....the bed was very very comfortable..... customer service was good....friendly staff.....no microwave in the room tho to reheat left overs from lasts night's tea...that was a bummer

The lady from new Zealand gave us the most warming & welcoming made checking in a breeze & ive been living in motels the last month & this is one of the best for price range.showers were good apart from a minor leak on bottom seal.Beds were ok could upgrade but still passable for a good night sleep

Room was clean and smelled lovely but was a bit run down. Could do with a nice facelift. Couch was stained.

The services from staff was amazing they were really welcoming and friendly and I was greeted with a warm smile each time a staff member saw me. I requested a hairdryer and there was no issue. Pre-check in went smoothly and to check out was super quick i just popped the door cards in the box in reception. The room was clean and neat and my privacy was respected, if I didn’t want to be disturbed they respected that I had really restful sleep in a dark and quiet room, I highly recommend this hotel.

Family friendly.. Safe at the blue cattle dog hotel were exceptionally gracious and hospitable with Danny and Taylor at the top of my list! Great work Ladies! Thanks for remembering our drink orders.
