Ibis Budget Versailles Château Saint-Cyr

The stunning, beautifully restored, decorated and impeccable Chateau St. Cyr was a delight and pleasure to stay at for 4 nights. Wendy and Ashley Lane are the perfect hosts and had a wonderful itinerary. We visited Mont St. Michel, a beautiful monastery/commune on an island in Normandy. We visited Omaha Beach, American soldier's cemetery, la Pointe (Rangers) and the memorial and museum. Truly solemn and moving! We visited the oyster capital of Europe, Cancale, sitting on the seawall eating oysters and throwing the shells into the sea!! We visited Saint-Malo, a beautiful port city in Brittany, France. So beautiful, the city is surrounded by granite walls on beautiful beaches. Had a fantastic meal in the old city! We had wonderful breakfasts each day prepared by Wendy and enjoyed meals with their friends from St. Cyr and other American quests staying at their hotel in St. Cyr! A truly delightful and wonderful experience with these wonderful and gracious hosts!!

SCAM DO NOT BOOK YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY! Booked a stay for september 2024 in october 2023 and paid the full amount for the stay. Now in january 2024 the hotel has sent me an email to confirm that I have cancelled my stay (which I absolutely have not!!!). It is impossible to contact the hotel directly as the phone number is disconnected. When contacting All Accor they say there is nothing they can do and that the hotel has cancelled my stay with no explanation and that they can not help me get a refund.

Hôtel bien situé et proche des autoroutes et de Versailles. Petite structure vieillissante qu'il faudrait peut-être rénovée. Les chambres sont simples mais fonctionnelles et manquent d'insonorité pour peu que les clients indélicats rentrant dans la nuit soient plus discrets dans les couloirs. La salle de bain est petite et mériterait un petit rafraichissement. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. Un parking privé à l'hôtel est gratuit à disposition des clients. Un très bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour de passage.

Un conseil les chambres donnant sur le devant c’est dire sur l’entrée sont à proscrire: sur la droite une station total H24, sur la gauche un lavage auto. Pour le reste les chambres sont aux normes IBis Budget, la literie correcte mais sans plus. Le petit déjeuner simple avec des viennoiseries au top! Le personnel est très sympa.

Les Chambres sont petites et dont l odeur laisse à désirer Le Petit dej proposé est très léger Station service juste devant donc il y a du bruit Petite fenêtre que l on ne peut pas ouvrir en entier du coup La salle de bain est petite et la douche à un pare douche en rideau

Personale presente e gentile, posteggio privato ampio, colazione buona. Stanza e bagno piccoli (ma si tratta di un hotel ‘budget’, quindi ok), purtroppo caldissima e senza aria condizionata o ventilatore. Al piano terra, quindi non potevamo tenere la finestra spalancata per rinfrescare senza zanzariera (un po’ sporco esternamente dalla finestra). Non sono riuscita a fare la recensione dalla app all.
