Notre chambre était au sous-sol avec vue sur la terre !!! On pouvait distinguer un semblant de piscine et au loin la mer !
J'ai trouvé une touffe de cheveux collée au carrelage de la douche !
A part ça la literie est bonne...
Par contre le petit-déjeuner n'est pas du tout à la hauteur.
Les œufs brouillés ne sont pas bons. Nous avions commandé également une omelette, (plus de 15minutes d'attente )
Le reassort n'est pas fait régulièrement. Il n'y avait plus de fromage, plus de jus d'orange ! Pas de yahourts aux fruits, uniquement nature ! C'est un peu cher, 18€/personne.
Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel ..

Excellent hotel with a nice view on Saint-Denis. The room and bathroom are clean. The breakfast can improve but still remains okay. The staffs were very helpful. It will be in my top list for my next trip to La Reunion for sure. Highly Recommended.

I recently had an outstanding business stay at Hotel Mercure Créolia in Saint-Denis. From the welcoming staff to the well-designed and comfortable room, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse and delicious menu. The location in Montgaillard made it easy to explore the city. It was an overall positive experience. I highly recommend Hotel Mercure Créolia for its impeccable service, convenient location, and excellent amenities. It truly made my visit to Saint-Denis memorable, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Mercure Reunion is a better than average outdoor pool and view of the city centre. Free of charge car parking. Mediocre breakfast. Gymnasium in the basement. Pleasant 'sun downer' outdoor seating bar and restaurant. Rooms functional but basic.

We love this hotel very much which is very beautiful and cozy overlooking the city and the ocean. The neighborhood is very quiet on hill. A bus goes to here but not frequent, no transport even taxi at night time. We were kindly given a room facing the pool, and the Indian Ocean further. The room is clean, spacious, bed comfy. I particularly love the swimming pool which is very charming and many pictures were taken. But the breakfast is quite disappointing. The price is great. Overall we enjoy our stay, very cozy stay 😍😍

I and my travelfriend had a truly great stay at Mercure Creolia! The staff are so professional and serviceminded, especially the Front Desk staff.
It’s a beautifully located hotel with a great pool and pool-area!
The cleaning of the room was perfect.
The pool area started perhaps to need a little bit of a slight renovation because of some loose floor-tiles. But it’s just a minor detail.
Some of the glass-walls around the pool were broken but that was probably just because of the two cyclones that recently affected La Reunión.

The hotel is really nice: the pool is very cool, the gym area is ok, rooms are clean. The staff is outstanding and you really feel welcome. The bar is great. This hotel knows what diversity mean with a very diverse personnel. But it would be smart and ecologically-minded to not give so many small samples of products (shampoo, bath, lotion,..) in each room every day and you should rather change it with large containers which stays in the room (like may hotel do today). These are tons of plastic thrown every year from your hotel ending up in the ocean while there is a sustainable and easy solution which still keeps us, the costumers, satisfied and happy to not contribute to this destruction of our environment. There are many turtles around the La Réunion island and their stomachs are filled of plastic then you should ACT and change this. I will not come back for this reason.
