This is a very luxury hotel with many facilities and located at side of the beach. You can reach to most of restaurants and get everything you need. The room is very clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The spa and fitness facilities are absolutely fantastic that all guests can walk out from spa to the beach. All staffs are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend people to stay here if they visit Saint Jean-de-Luz.

Hôtel plein centre idéalement situé ..bon accueil ..
…chambre spacieuse avec une très bonne literie et coin salon..propreté ..spa magnifique et très complet ..je n’ai aucune critique à faire si ce n’est peut être une cafetière nespresso dans la chambre qui serait bienvenue..nous y reviendrons

The hotel is beautiful and well located. We stayed in a suite and it was great! Having a large terrace was very nice!

The hotel is modern and very comfortable, the pool is amazing with all the Thalassotherapy amenities. Very good restaurant with wonderful ocean view, and the beach just a few steps away.

I would have expected a proper coffee machine on the rooms not instant coffee .
Check in lady Sarah needs to improve her customer relations .

Our family will be back. Our best experience in France, staff incredibly friendly and my family said "here we want to come back". St Jean de Luz also a great place to take your family

Séjour incroyable Tout est exceptionnel La décoration de l hôtel est sublime le parcours matin les salons d attente face à la mer. Des soins innovants menés avec soin et beaucoup de gentillesse par les équipes très compétentes de la Thalasso qui est juste magnifique Des cours de yoga de Pilates par des vrais prof professionnels Salle de fitness et de sports tournées vers la mer avec des équipes performants Les équipes hôtel & Thalasso sont adorables l accueil est parfait chaleureux très professionnel Quant au restaurant il y a un vrai chef qui met en valeurs des produits ultra frais et locaux et le buffet du petit déjeuner est incroyable ( sans gluten multi pains des fruits frais en jus en salade en compote des gâteaux des protéines de qualité charcuterie locale et truite fumée délicieuse Séjour exceptionnel digne d un 5 étoiles qui seraient bien méritées !
