酒店位置極好，可以直接看到大海碼頭，樓下有跑步道，有好多學生在寫生，一樓早餐不錯，地下游泳池偏小。邊上有幾家餐廳海鮮非常棒👍定點停車免費，前台給停車票，附近景點走路都可達，逆流瀑布車程10分鐘。

Very spacious rooms, beds were so comfortable. The staff were so kind and very helpful when I had questions. It’s so CONVENIENT that they have the underground parking available and they had pedway available from the hotel. Took us no time to get to TD station. Will definitely be booking here again in the future.

Location, view, dining options.
Room was cold. Staff came to see what they could do but there was nothing they could do. I didn't want to move and lose the view of the Harbour.

Property is not what I remember a few years back. Needs a renovation. Went to the hotel restaurant for supper and a mouse ran across the chair I was sitting. We left and went to the Delta hotel restaurant but on the way back to the Hilton we seen 2 more mice. Gross.

Our room What's disgusting and not cleaned properly. Was very disappointed. When inshowed the desk we got a refund but still was a waist of trip

This Hilton is long overdue for a renovation of its rooms. Torn material on headboards, scratches on furniture and window sills. Windows loosing their seals. We checked into one room and asked to be moved, but second room was similar to first. Great people working there. Fabulous location.

Nice harbour view, easy access to shopping, BUT the bathroom was DIRTY upon check in. Called the front desk twice before someone came to clean.

After the helpful staff the rest was pretty dismal actually. My company organized our Christmas party here so we decided to stay for a couple of nights. The rooms are well overdue a refurbishment. The a/c was pretty poor. The room always felt warm and stuffy but my major gripe was the $25 per day parking fee which we only found in small print AFTER we checked out. I hate companies that use sneeky money grabbing techniques like this so next year if the party is at the Hilton Saint John we will probably book in at the Delta just over the road.
