I booked a non smoke room for my family, the room offered was full of smoke, smells of Cigarette all over the bedsheet. bedsheet were having burn mark from cigarettes. bathroom tiles were broken from many places. over all very terrible experience.

Horrible hotel don’t waste you time or money staying here, our AC didn’t work it was completely taken apart, the outlet had burn marks on it, no light in the bathroom, holes in the wall, the door might as well have been a piece of cardboard. No headboards. Horrible junky hotel.

Check in was horrible I did not want my card to be charged until I was checking out and I was not told anything different. We waited 20 minutes For 4 other people to check in at 3 o'clock, the entire procedure was not explained very well at all. I noticed a big hole in the ceiling above the tub area.Then the last straw was seeing a bug(Roach!) crawling up the wall!
I demanded to have my money return to my card and allow us to leave immediately!

Room was not clean ,had a funny smell,no toilet paper,floor and walls were damaged. Door looked like someone had used a crowbar to break in, could literally see into room from door lock.

It was duty. The toilet had a layer of black stain. And the beds and pillows were not comfortable. They said that the reason was they were under a new ownership and renovations.

I travel frequently and am not fussy. However, this place is GROSS. I saw cockroaches crawling over the night stand and sink area, floors were nasty, there were 2 holes in the bathroom door that had been covered with pieces of notebook paper and tape, a hole in the wall next to the bed, it smelled, one bedspread was stained (2nd bed was okay), and it was so drafty I stuffed towels around the door and still had to wear extra clothes to keep warm. I am leaving my first-ever 1 star review. Do not stay here-this place needs to be demolished!
