The breakfast was excellent at this property.
Staff were very helpful when we asked for directions.

Nice clean room but limited clothes hanging facility. Shared bathroom not ideal and had no heating when l went for a shower on Sunday morning at 7.50

Low budget hotel, rooms could do with some basic maintenance done. Second time I've stayed here as its works for me with a site round the corner but both time in different rooms there has been issue with the shower not working or plumbing issues.
Overall the place is pleasant along with the staff but just little things let the whole thing down.

The location is great. The room is spacious. The stuff is friendly. We had a nice time would return in a heartbeat.

Property was as expected but could do with a few areas of maintenance. Springs on one of the single beds had given up and gave an uncomfortable nights sleep and the shower tray would fill up and take ages to drain.

Parking was a little limited but we managed to snare an early good spot and did not use the car afterwards. Hastings-St Leonards is a quite charming place and is within walkable distance: downhill getting there but uphill on the way back. Maybe a 21 bus or others could be used by older persons. The room was of good size, bed comfortable, location good. Breakfast is extra but is of good value; staff friendly and helpful. Best dining area is about 1km down the road in the town. There is a Co-op on the way down. The only slight drawback for the property is there are lots of stairs as rooms are either up or down. But, all in all a pleasing experience.

The staff were very nice, the breakfast was perfectly cooked and delicious and not to expensive at £7.50. The carpet in the bedroom was very stained and there was a stain on the base of my bed and looked a bit shabby. The bed sheets were lovely and clean and the bathroom was clean, towels were a bit thin.
